He wasn't sure if it was anticipation or dread curling in his gut.

This was where his family had last been seen.

"Welcome to Hell." The Rebel Hacker whistled as she stepped inside. "This place screams 'evil science experiment gone wrong.'"

Zero adjusted her goggles. "I can practically feel the bad decisions."

Seraph, ever the cautious one, kept her sword ready. "Stay focused. We don't know what's waiting for us."

The AI-Worshipper walked ahead calmly. "This facility was abandoned long ago. Yet the data remains."

Kai clenched his fists. "Then let's find it."

And as they stepped deeper inside—

The moment the voice spoke, the doors slammed shut.

Red warning lights bathed the lab in an eerie glow.
