chapter 9 Matric dance

We arrive they made it a big deal on entrance thing, red carpet and cameras felt like i was walking into the Oscar Awards.

They took photos I was confident enough to pose for those cameras.

While busy taking pictures I see Tim and Janet , I get hold of Sammy's hand and pull him towards the Entrance, hoping they didn't see us.

Luckily Sammy didn't see them either, he was surprised how upruptly i jus grabbed him.

"Hey, what wrong I thought we were enjoying taking photos?" With a suprised look on his face.

" Yeah I did but that was getting a little too much for me that's all." I don't think he bought my story.

A few seconds later Tim and Janet walk in.

"Oh I see why, next time let me handle those two.

"Ok I will I just didn't want to talk to them after the stunt he pulled at school."

" What stunt are you talking about, you didn't tell me anything about his stunts care to share or should I go ask him myself."

"No I'll tell you. He told me he loved me in front of everyone, I was so embarassed but it's water under the bridge now. He is just a jerk just let him be."

The look on Sammy's face said it all, he was pissed and his not going to et this go at all. If Tim knows what's good for him he will stay away from me.

We went to the bar and we had our drinks he got himself an alcohol drink and i got myself an alcohol free drink and we looked for the table reserved for us and waited for the whole event to start.

The event started the best dressed couple were selected we all knew the votes where rigged and then queen and king of the dance again votes rigged it was Tim and Janet.

I don't understand I never voted and alot of people at school said they won't vote so we know the drill.

Them the DJ put on music we can dance to Sammy asked if I wanted to dance I agreed and went to the dance floor.

At first it was an upbeat music he then switched to slow dancing.

Sammy pulled me closer to him I fell on him both my hands on his chest, I could feel his heart beet in my hand.

Then I moved them up his shoulders as he took his hands on my waist.

Looking straight in his eyes, he truly is a good looking man. My heart felt like it will jump out of my chest.

I felt embarassed looking at him, I looked the other way he took his hand on my chin and made me look at him.

I was a little shy when I heard those words but wait a minute what happened to I love you, he said I like you, what is the difference anyway?

Another red flag dropped and I am clueless.

Am I tripping? I shouldn't take too much out of that statement let me enjoy this moment with the love of my life.

I look the other direction and I see Tim looking right at us, while he danced with Janet and his face said it all that he didn'tike that I am dancing with Sammy.

Sammy trialled his eyes to where I was looking and he saw what I saw.

"Hey , am here where are your eyes?"

"Oh, sorry I drifted off to nowhere."

he pulls me closer to him our faces so close I can smell the mint sweet in his mouth. Oh your mouth smells really fresh can I have some of those sweets,I said that to get rid of my nerves of him being so close to me.

His stare unwavering, giving me sight to what is on his mind causing me to grow restless.

His eyes on my lips and mine on his I knew what was about to happen, not sure if I am ready for it. he moved his lips to mine, I looked away but his hand on my chin turning my face again to his.

Our lips touched, is this our first kiss or my first kiss g*d knows how many woman he kissed.

But I want to anyway, I fidget but don't look away, as he places his lips on mine.

We start kissing I don't even know what I am doing, the next thing I know his toungue pushing into my mouth. Our we French kissing?I should take notes, the next thing I know I have his sweet in my mouth.

Oh I get it, since I asked he gave me his but this is not what I had I mind I thought he would pick in his pocket and give me one but this is better.

As he moves back I see Tim angrily walking towards us, Is he fucking crazy what is he trying to do.

Then next thing I know he pushes Sammy away from me that he nearly fell.

"What the hell man, what is wrong with you?"

Sammy asked .

"Stay the fuck away from my girl."Tim said.,

"What ,are fucken crazy dude? If you put your filthy hands on me again I'll fuck you up."Sammy threatened Tim.

"Come on guys not here please,"trying to stop them from flighting..

Janet rushes over not sure what was happening.

"Tim what the hell are you doing?" Janet asked.

He is not listening to anyone.

Other boys from our school came to stop what was about to happen.

" Get your fucken filthy hands off my girl,"Tim said to Sammy.

"Watch your mouth, Tim, or you'll regret it. "As Sammy walks closer to him. I run and move between them spreading my arms so they won't hit each other.

"Try me, Motherfucker. Tim said to Sammy. It was just getting out of hand.

His nose strills flare with rage as he tries pushing pass me.

I try even harder he then pushes harder that I stambled and fell.

Immediately they stop the both run to help me up,

When they both hold each of my hand, I pull back my hand from Tim and lean on Sammy to help me up.

" You Tim, stay the hell away from me, you ruined my day I hate you ok, and I don'like you I never did, you better get that through your thick skull. I let this go on for too long , I never want to hear anything from you, Jane hates me because she thinks I want you. The truth is Jane your boyfriend keeps confesing his love for me and you as her girl your starting to look stupid to other people.

If I were you I'd dump this ass hole . I turned and looked at Sammy, please take me out of here now.

My tears rolling down my face, as I rushed out Sammy coming behind me trying to catch up.
