"What the fuck?! How the hell did I not notice that shit?" Zion said as he looked up in the sky, seeing a massive fracture that led to the underworld with demons pouring out of it.

"You were too busy cracking jokes and taunting Pinor." Syrune reminded him.

"Ahh, that's right. Still no salad by the way."

Melina was leading Zion to the infirmary, where everyone infected by the disease was being treated. Because of how easily the disease was transmitted and how large the number of patients was, the elves were forced to bring everyone outside for treatment. This was how Zion spotted the fracture in the sky.

"Beyond this point is the infirmary. Please move with caution so you won't be infected. If something happens to you, then my people are doomed." Melina said, her voice slightly trembling.

"Don't worry. I'm sure nothing will happen to me." He smiled, then attempted to open the door, but was stopped by Valindra.
