It has been quite a while since my breakdown, I stayed at the dukedom for quite a while, feeling conflicted and overwhelm with such emotions I never felt before.

I'm now getting dressed up for Marie's debutante that I'll have to attend, Which means.. Reillana meeting the society once more.

"You look stunning, m'lady." Leilaly says

I looked over the mirror, Reillana's hair was long and straight, the left side was tuck behind her ear with a blue flower hairpin

The dress shoulder part was puffy and was cut off before it reaches just above the elbow, a white glove from my fingertips to my elbow

The dress shows her curves, the corset is not that tight since she has a small waist, The dress itself was midnight blue color to avoid any unnecessary attention

I sigh, "I think I'll only gain more attention in this" I say, turning back to look at my back view from the mirror

I walked down the long stairs of the manor, my heels clacking as I step down, that's when a knight came to me

"M'lady.. His highness has came to escort you to the debutante"

I look up at him, "The crown prince?" I asked, There's no way my Fiancee would actually escort me when he knows what happened between me and his brother

"Reillana!" A man with black hair and gold eyes approaches me.. The royal family's eyes.

"Greetings to the star of the Empire, Your Highness, the crown prince"I say as I curtsies, one hand on my chest

"...."

I glances up at him, his eyebrow raises, "Pft." He scoffs, turning his back and turning his head to me, gesturing his arm

"Let's go, Reillana"

I sighs quietly before my hand was in his arm, "Likewise.."

It has been a quite long ride from the carriage, the manor is quite far from the imperial palace that it actually took us a few hours and arrived at the imperial palace at night, two minutes after the banquet has started

"It looks like we arrived late, m'lady" He says helping me out of the carriage, "It seems so.." I say, looking at the palace where the banquet has started

I let go of his arm, my heels clacking as I turned, another curtsy. "I'll be going first, Your highness the crown prince"

"You act like that night never happened before, Rei. Reillana Alexandra Millaber, The woman who shared a passionate night with me"

My eyes widen.. so he was taking advantage of Reillana in the first place!. "Your highness the crown prince, I don't remember of such incident.."

"Ha!" He scoffs loudly, gripping his hair, "...Not remember? That's just bullshit!" He swears, pulling his hair upward

"You were there and I was there!" He says, his tone frustrated..."Did you use me? Because my brother won't even spend the night with you-"

"Your highness, the crown prince. Her lady has been poisoned not long ago, it was rumored she has forgotten some things..." More like going insane.

He scoffs sarcastically, "Let's go" He says, gesturing his arm for me to take

I put my hand on his arm, holding it a bit tightly to express my emotions. Yes, I'm upset.

"Blessings and glory upon the star of Marfester Empire! The crown prince, Jerome Stoneheart! And Lady Reillana Alexandra Millaber!"

We entered the main hall, our presence alone was enough for the people gaze's to turn upon us, the light directed to us as we entered

"Have I told you how you look right now, m'lady?" He says, entering the hall with me by his side

I let go of his arm, "I'll go first. Your highness the crown prince." I curtsied

"...." He was silent, his gaze upon me, it was intimidating

After a few seconds I looked up and smiled, breaking the silence with my words. "Blessings and glory to the Star of Marfester Empire" I bowed once more before turning my back on him

I didn't glance back at him once, as I turned around. I expect this party to be ruined and leave me in frustration, Since the start, my day has already been worse, I won't expect anything good today

I sigh as I found myself stuck in the crowd, that is, until a lady approaches me with a smirk on her face

"oh my! I slipped!" She says, sympathy on her tone. Looking over my now ruined blue dress

"Seems like her lady will have to go home at this rate.." She says, mocking me. She ruined the dress for me to leave. For me not to dance with her so "great" fiancee

"Seems like I'll be doing so--"

I was cut off by widen eyes and footsteps behind me. The EMPEROR!

"Y-Your Imperial majesty, the Emperor!" I curtsied hastily, why is he here?!

".. What's with this commotion?"

His tone cuts the silence. It was intimidating, the way he look down on me and the others.. but it was also humiliating... Bowing to the one who had ordered to kill me in my past life, I couldn't help but feel angry.

How dare I. Bowing to the Emperor and crown prince who has ordered their men to kill me, to walk over our Empire.Have I betrayed my Empire?

The crown prince's fiancee, cuts the silence with her loving,gentle tone. "Lady Millaber and I are only chatting around when she asks me a question that my hand dropped the glass.." she looks at the emperor in a "Everything's normal.. It wasn't my fault" look

I almost icked at her "innocent" eyes and statement! I could just dive down to the ground if I was her!

"Reillana." The emperor says

I have to speak..

"...What she says...."

"..are false."

I've heard one thing before leaving today. From father, "The Emperor favors you more than you think, don't hesitate to use him"

"Sh-She purposely dropped her wine at me." I mumbled, acck, I could ick in my tone!

"N-No! What she says are false your majesty!" She tries to defend herself from him

"Rihanna Montana Louise."

The Emperor glances at me before nodding, turning on his back and leaving me there, stunned.

"you wench!" She curses, raising a hand to slap me

I grabbed her wrist and twisted it, causing her to wince in pain, "Ow!"

"I don't mind you attacking me with words but you dare to attack me with that hand of yours. I'll kill you."
