She walked through the town with knight leading her, she follows, looking over the town
The town is no different from the slums, much worse to be exact, she wonders..
"Will I be living in this place if I don't retrieve what was rightfully mine? Or should I say, Reillana's?"
She sighed, thinking as to how she just missed Reillana's Debut, where all the servants put effort and looked forward to that very day
-Meanwhile, at the Millaber Estate--
A servant entered the office, greeted by the seven year old child who has black undereyes and looks serious while reading some papers on his desk
"Any news?" He asks, his tone hoarse
"Yes, The people outside the gates is officially dead. We eliminated them and so as the rest that doesn't support your claim in the dukedom." The servant said
"Not that, My assistant." Syrion lifted his gaze, waiting for the servant to speak
"... sigh. No, sir, there's no sign of them, just the carriage and the the horse" the servant spoke
"Is there really no tracks on the mud?" He asks
"No, it got washed up by the rain, we apologize, sir." The servant lowered his head
Syrion looked intently, remembering himself on the servant, he had once lowered his head on the nobles who never spared him more than a glance
He bit his lip, remembering the day he got his consciousness as a child
-Two years ago-
Syrion jumped on the boxes to look over the parade of the nobles, who is leaving the border to have a visit with the neighboring Empire
His eyes shine, seeing all different types of people, the carriages was white, some were shining silvers, then the knights who carries their blue banners
"Woah.." He said in amusement, then one particular person caught his eye on one of the carriages
It was a man who looked exactly like him, he has red eyes and black hair, then there's a girl across him, he was curious as to who it was them he heard a murmur
"Oh my, it's the Duke Millaber and his daughter.." they said in amazement
"..Daughter?" Syrion murmured..
Oh, she was his daughter. He thought then lifted his gaze again, locking eyes with the girl with purple hair and blue eyes
He smiled but then the girl glared at him and pulled the curtain
"Oh.." he smiled awkwardly.. nobles.. he thought
-Present-
All nobles are just like her, they don't deserve to live, they look over to the poor like they're animals, but in the end, we all look the same sky and sleep in the same night.
He tapped his fingers on the desk, "What do you think?" He asks
The servant looked at him in suprise, "T-Think about what?"
"About my sister."
