Victoria's smirk returned, slow and taunting. "Big words, Captain. But let's be real you can't stop this. You're just one woman standing in the way of evolution."
Rina's stare didn't waver. "And you're just a footnote in history that I'm about to erase."
Victoria chuckled, leaning back in her chair. "You think you're some righteous hero, don't you? But let me tell you something, Captain what I've built won't crumble just because you don't like it."
Rina stood up, adjusting her jacket. "Oh, I'm not here to stop what you've built, Quinn." She leaned down, voice sharp as a blade. "I'm here to burn it to the ground."
Victoria's smile faded slightly, but she masked it quickly. "We'll see about that."
Rina turned to leave, but just as she reached the door, Victoria's voice rang out.
"Captain… enjoy your little victories while they last. Because soon, I'll destroy your legacy."
