Flight

Gonzalo

I could feel the anger burning inside me as I sat in my office, staring at the ruined plans and canceled deals.

The mishap with the data breach had not only cost me a fortune but had also put my reputation on the line.

I had always prided myself on being in control, and now I was losing control of the situation.

Every minute that passed without a resolution meant more money lost and more of my standing in this world slipping away.

I leaned back in my leather chair, running a hand through my hair as I replayed the events in my mind.

The breach, the canceled arms deal, it was all too much.

My thoughts were a whirlwind of frustration and bitter determination. I could not let this slide.

I had to act, and fast!

I picked up the phone and called Klaus.

"Klaus," my tone was tight with anger. "I need you to book me a flight to Mexico as soon as possible. I'm done waiting around."
