The clearing was filled with a sense of relief and celebration as the magical creatures and the group of adventurers rejoiced in their victory over Zareth. The Treants, their massive forms towering over the others, let out deep, rumbling sounds that could almost be mistaken for laughter. The fairies and pixies flitted around, their wings creating a kaleidoscope of colors in the air.
Elise, however, couldn't fully enjoy the moment. She walked over to the remains of the black - stone altar, her eyes fixed on the shattered crystal. There was a strange, empty feeling in her chest, as if a part of her was missing.
Fina joined her, placing a hand on her shoulder. "We did it, Elise. We destroyed the crystal and stopped Zareth. The Arocia Continent is safe... for now."
Elise nodded, but her thoughts were elsewhere. "I can't help but feel that there's more to this. The Shadow Mist was born from a rift in the magical world, and I'm not sure that destroying this crystal has fixed it."
Aiden, who had been speaking with the Treants, walked over to them. "Elise is right. The ancient texts I've studied speak of a greater threat, a final battle that will determine the fate of all magic."
Grom, the dwarf, joined the conversation. "Aye, and we'd better be prepared for it. But for now, let's enjoy this victory. We've earned it."
The group returned to the capital city of Arendale, where they were greeted as heroes once again. King Roland held a grand feast in their honor, and the people of the city filled the streets, cheering and throwing flowers at them.
During the feast, Elise found herself deep in thought. She excused herself from the table and made her way to the palace gardens. The gardens were quiet and peaceful, a stark contrast to the noisy celebration inside.
As she walked along the paths, she noticed a figure standing under a large, ancient tree. It was an old woman, her long, white hair flowing in the breeze. She was dressed in a simple, gray robe, and in her hand, she held a large, crystal ball.
"Elise," the old woman said, her voice soft but carrying. "I've been waiting for you."
Elise approached the woman cautiously. "Who are you? How do you know my name?"
The old woman smiled. "I am Cassandra, the Seer. I've been watching your journey, and I know the challenges that lie ahead."
Elise's heart skipped a beat. "What challenges? Is there another threat to the Arocia Continent?"
Cassandra nodded. "The rift in the magical world is still there, and it's growing. There are forces at work, dark forces, that seek to widen the rift and plunge the world into eternal darkness."
Elise's eyes widened in fear. "What can we do? How can we stop them?"
Cassandra held up the crystal ball. "Look into the ball, Elise. See the vision that lies within."
Elise stepped forward and looked into the crystal ball. Images flashed before her eyes - images of a great, dark storm approaching the Arocia Continent, of cities being destroyed, and of people crying out in fear. But in the midst of the darkness
