If someone wished for the world to be changed to a game then? Be your own guide and I, let me tell you that I am not the protagonist but a helper to him. But, I want to be that protagonist who saves the world.

The Dream Came True

A black hooded figure was behind us, all I could see was a black fog surrounding us but yet far away but approached every second behind us, behind me.

The growth sure was extraordinary, I wonder why it was continuously going up and up as my mind is also working just fine.

We were already a mile away from school, but the quest window of mine said,

Did the quest rank get increased? Damn, now what was I missing. Suddenly Rehbar asked if I had any idea of what to do next and I with a frozen expression said," We can try to walk a few more miles till we reach Delhi which was approx 368 km from here."

Jokingly I said, I'm serious I was joking and then they said,"It seems to be a good pace, let's hear more." With such serious expression he said those words which filtered my mind of my not so common, common sense.

The quest was seeming harder too and everything was going smoothly, I tried those so Isekai like trick to check if I was dreaming.

I pinched my palm and it was literally numb, no pain, feel or even like it felt nothing at all.

My intuition told me to do something horrible and unpredictable. Even I initially know, I picked a nearby small pebble of size comparable to my finger nail.

I threw it at Rehbar's head and all he did was saying, "You want something?"

As the decision was ongoing of what to do in case of going from one place to another miles away. Was I that serious, or I can't comprehend their advance plan with my brain.

In any order, I walked just straight, 15cm gap only, a bare minimum, and I fell deep in a 10m pit.

Black all over, as if the sun was covered, even clouds with no visiblitly were present. I can fall on a ground? But I was already on a plain open ground.

I tried to bite my hand gently, (remembering something from AOT for those who know)

I felt nothing and tightened my jaw and my grip when blood slowly flowed.

I guess I understood, I have to escape it. I without feeling pain immediately bit my nerve of right hand and as blood flowed I felt weak and got exhilarating.

Guess death feels near even in this illusion. With that I woke at the same scenario of Rehbar calling me with everyone at school and the message abruptly came,
