Survival of the fittest.

That's the way of the world.

That's why when the COVID19 pandemic came, millions of people lost their lives.

A large majority of people who died of the deadly disease was due to ignorance. They refused to believe that the new COVID strain was highly contagious, and instead, went on with their reckless lifestyle, ignored warnings from experts, until it was too late.

The European Union and United States were able to release a vaccine within the year, but due to the people's eagerness, they forgot all the expert advice, and resumed their reckless lifestyle as before.

Parties, social gatherings, group sex.

They felt they were once again, invulnerable.

Until a new strain came out in 20XX and wiped out more than half of humanity.

It was airborne, was deadlier to women, and most of the men who contacted the virus and lived, were rendered impotent due to the high fever that came with it.

Fifteen years after 'Darwin's Cleansing', the COVID virus was finally eradicated with the help of a vaccine discovered by a Filipino biologist three years prior, derived from a species of moray eel that was immune to all types of COVID variants.

It was also the year 'Alternate' o 'Secondary Genders' came out – young males who reach their adolescence, showed signs of aggression towards other males.

At first, they thought it was only part of puberty.

Until the male victims started to get pregnant.
