**The Next Morning**
Oliver looked at the wrist map showing Liza's location and saw that she had already returned to the forest by dawn. *"Well, that was expected. In the end, I did kind of kidnap her,"* he muttered to himself with a sarcastic smile.
The good news was that she still had the device. He hadn't taught her how to use its other functions, but she would probably figure it out soon. *"For now, I should start building,"* he thought, getting up from his bed and heading to the laboratory, where a printing machine and a matter generator were located.
**(Author's Note: Think of the printer as the one from Subnautica.)**
*"Computer, build some E3 solar panels made of synthetic metal and some simple power cables. Prioritize conductive materials,"* Oliver ordered. After a confirmation from the computer, the matter generator started working, and the 3D printer began producing the solar panels.
Oliver needed to ensure a stable energy flow for the ship, as all its operations, including the matter generator, consumed a lot of power. Although the solar panels couldn't fully meet the demand, they would alleviate the burden until he found better energy sources.
While waiting, Oliver decided to test the system's technology gacha. *"Let's see, maybe I should try a ten-point spin?"* he commented, observing the options.
**(Sovereign System Glory Points: 603
Technology Gacha-
10 points: 40% chance of acquiring common technology.)**
**(Spinning!)
(Congratulations! You have acquired basic technologies: 5x
Civil service and labor robot!
Civil surveillance and control drone!
Basic civil-police armor D3!
Planetary guard standard rifle G7!
Multifuel engine A2!)**
*"Hoho, very nice,"* Oliver said, pleased. In the next moment, five chips appeared in his hand, and he quickly inserted them into the ship's computer.
**(Installing blueprints! Installation complete! The following blueprints can now be produced.)**
The blueprints for the five technologies appeared on the control table's screen, and Oliver couldn't help but smile at the new possibilities. The service robot could help him build and expand his controlled area, though its low durability and limited intelligence meant it couldn't be used in combat.
The drone would help him scout the surroundings and provide additional security for mapping the area. As for the D3 armor and G7 rifle, they were standard equipment used by planetary armies.
The D3 armor was essentially a vest and helmet made of cheap, easy-to-produce materials, protecting vital areas. The G7 rifle, on the other hand, was the standard weapon for planetary forces due to its affordability and versatility. With some modifications, it could accommodate both gunpowder and energy-based ammunition, functioning as a machine gun, sniper rifle, or assault rifle.
*"Although I don't have a use for these two items yet, they'll be useful later,"* Oliver said. With a smile on his face, he got to work. After gathering the solar panels and cables, he issued an order to produce service robots and stepped outside the ship.
Thus, he began working on his initial camp.

Meanwhile, Liza hurried back to her village before sunrise. She knew her brother would be extremely worried and was likely already organizing a small search party with other villagers.
Along the way, small screens displaying information began to appear in her vision, startling her. She soon realized they were related to the device Oliver had placed on her head.
*"A human who came from the sky,"* Liza muttered to herself. She wasn't sure whether to believe him or not, but for now, she decided to trust that he wasn't malicious. Soon, the village came into view, and as expected, her brother Elias was already gathering some villagers to search for her.
*"Liza!"* Elias shouted upon seeing his sister emerging from the forest. He ran to check if she was okay, his face twisting in concern when he noticed her bruised nose. *"What happened? Are you okay?"* he asked, looking for other injuries. Aside from the dirt on her clothes, there was nothing else.
*"Yes, I'm fine. A few things happened,"* she said, telling her brother and the villagers about Oliver. Their reactions varied.
*"Are you sure he's not a demon?"* Obol, the village's oldest hunter, asked Liza with a stern expression. He was tall, with a thick black beard but bald. *"I'm not sure, but he didn't seem malicious. He said he came from the sky and would settle in the green fields beyond the forest,"* Liza replied.
Soon, the men began debating what to do while asking Liza more questions. The situation was far from what they were used to, and the other villagers joined in, forming two groups.
*"I think we should attack him quickly. Who knows what will happen if we let him settle!"* Rizz, the village elder, proposed directly. He was the oldest and, although he often spoke nonsense, he was the only one who had lived outside the village before it was established. His opinion held significant weight in the settlement.
*"I don't think that's a good idea,"* Obol countered. *"From what Liza described, he might be a powerful mage."* His words sparked murmurs among the villagers.
Many of them had never seen a real mage and had only heard stories about powerful wizards who could conjure fire with their hands and freeze people alive. The fear of facing such a being was evident among them.
In the end, they decided to send a group to talk to Oliver and assess his intentions. The group consisted of Liza, who would act as an intermediary, Obol, Elias, and two experienced hunters. They set out, armed with bows and axes.
