Chapter-152

Gun

Jay-jay's POV

Everyone stopped. Literally stopped. The man in the black
suite in front of me glared at me . He was also holding a gun and pointed it at me. "Put the trigger on it!" I
repeated. The man in front of me looked at Keifer's Daddy and me. "Jay! Shut up!" Aries shouted at me. I
ignored him. I just looked straight at the pvtarages in front of me. "Put it on it..." I ordered him. "What are you
doing Jay?!" Yuri asked angrily. I didn't answer him either. No one in front of me was blinking. He just tried, I'll
pop his eyelids. "Hang it!" I shouted. "...You can't do it, right?" I just smiled when he didn't answer. "...What will
people say when they find out that a student died because of the Watsons? That's a disgrace to you." They all
ell silent. It seemed like they got what I meant . "...Can you kill a student without a fight?" My conscience.
Even the others in black suits with guns seemed to be thinking too. "...What will your business partners say?
What will most people say and what will my Papa say to you?" Dead air! The others exchanged glances. Some
looked at Keifer's Daddy. But the one in front of me, the two of us held our gazes . Suddenly, Keifer's Daddy
clapped slowly and walked towards me. "Put the gun down..." He ordered and faced me. "...You're a brave
woman, you know?" If only you knew. The one-year courage I had saved to face Kuya, I think I've used it up. I
didn't answer him. He walked closer to Keifer and took the paper. "I thought I had you covered now... But it
seems I was wrong." He said and looked at me. "...You and your friends can leave now. I'll talk to you again
next time." He walked away with the men in black suits. But I glared at the one in front of me before leaving.
Just look! My knees shook and I fell to the floor on my own accord when they disappeared from our sight. Ci-
N and David immediately came to my aid. The fear I was trying to fight off earlier, now came out. My body
couldn't take it anymore. My heart was beating abnormally. It was about to break free from me. "Are you okay,
Jay?" David asked. I grabbed his arm. "Jusme! I thought I was going to die!" I looked at Yuri who was trying to
support the King. My uncle was also proud because he kept refusing. "Your courage earlier... You're so proud."
Ci-N said. Naks! I just smiled too. While the others were greeting me, I didn't realize that Keifer and I were
already close to us. "Are you out of your mind?!" He asked me angrily. They were all looking at us. "...Do you
know who you challenged?!" I just shook my head. I had no clue who it was. He was just Keifer's Daddy's man.
"That is Dylan! He is a professional hitman!" Hhh-hitman?! I challenged a professional hitman? I challenged
him? I CHALLENGED him! My knees gave out again and I kept sitting on the floor. "JAY!" They called me and
supported me again but this time I didn't have the strength to stand up. I'm facing Death! I still have the
courage and the arrogance of my ex. Kingina! If I hadn't been blessed by that, putcha! I'd be going home a cold
corpse to you. "Mm-I almost made it." I said while continuing to tremble. "That's okay... You didn't stay here
anyway." Ci said. Even if I wanted to hit this kid, I couldn't. I couldn't get what I did out of my mind. "Where's
Keiren?" Keigan whispered to us. My hand was still shaking as I pointed to the table where I had hidden him.
Keigan immediately came over and peeked under it. Keiren came out and hugged him. Keifer also came over.
He immediately gave his siblings a tight hug. It must have been embarrassing to look at for others. But for me,
his strength was so handsome. "Let's get out of here." Drew suggested. The others agreed. David was
supporting me even as we walked. I looked at Aries and Ella. They were just looking at me and it was like they
were talking about something. After leaving the house, Keifer got Keigan and Keiren into the car. He faced us
and looked at me with a bad look. "Don't do that again!" He said angrily to me. "Keifer! He just did that to help
you!" Felix defended me. "What if Dylan did what he said?!" He replied. We all fell silent. He was right. What if
he had continued? But if I hadn't done that, maybe the paper would have been signed and his mom would
have lost all her hard work. "...You just gave them a new idea on what they should do next!" I don't know but I
elt a pain in my chest while listening to what he was saying. I felt like I was a burden to him. "...Next time
think before making some random action!" He added and got into his car. "There you go, Keifer... He was just
worried about you." David told me. I just nodded in response to him. But that's not how it is. The weight of the
eeling is that I just wanted to help but it seems like it's just become an additional problem. "Don't think too
much about it. I might even be angry with what you did." Yuri said. "...But thank you for doing that." I smiled at
him. At least he appreciated what I did. He's just not the person I expected. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Third Person's POV 1... 2... 3... Dylan counting in his mind. He's counting the bullets in the gun he was holding
earlier. The gun he used to shoot Jay-jay. His palm itches. He won't make money like he says. His palm itches
when he touches the trigger of the gun. Killing is his life. But even if he doesn't get paid, he can kill. He's not
after money. The feeling he gets when he kills, that's what he wants. "How many times do you need to count
those bullets?" His Boss asked . Keifer's dad. He was silently looking out the window. From there, he could see
Keifer's classmates leaving. "Sorry..." Dylan said and hid his gun. "...Can you tell me why you didn't let us finish
them all off?" His Boss laughed a little. Kaizer Watson. Keifer's heartless father. For reasons Dylan couldn't
understand, he didn't agree to kill Keifer's classmates even though he could have done it. "Because of that
girl... She has a point." He replied. "...I amaze her." Dylan thought, that girl's courage was real but even so, he
saw her fear. It was something he always wanted to see in those he killed. "You know Jeana right?" Keifer's
Daddy asked. "...Somehow, I see that girl in him. They're really a mother." He had only met Jeana once before.
For a moment and it had been a long time. That's why he didn't understand what his boss was saying . "What's
your plan with Keifer?" He changed the subject. "I need to get Keiren. That woman's financial holder is crazy. I
can't touch their money if they're not by my side." He explained and took a drink from the table near him. "...I
need to get Keifer, I can't force her or physically harm her." "Keigan?" Dylan asked. If there was anything good
left in Dylan. That was his concern for the child he once took care of. "I have no use to that kid. I already got
his money. What I need is Keifer and Keiren's money." Dylan bowed. Big money was being talked about here.
Since the children were minors, all the money their mother left was in her financial holder. Only allowances
were included in the income of the three of them. He already got Keigan's money once it went to his powder.
After getting what he needed, he threw Kiegan away like trash. His Boss has no love for his children. Not even
his ex-wife. "Call my lawyer. I need to speak to them." He ordered. Dylan bowed and left the room. He did as he
was told. He took out his cellphone and dialed a number. But he called someone else. "Hello..." ["Next time, tell
us your plans ahead of time."] He opened his mouth. "Sorry... I wasted time sending a text." ["We were just
stupid and didn't know anything!"] The person he was talking to shouted angrily. "I'm really sorry..." ["We'll let
that go. But what you did to Jay-jay is not! We'll talk about that when we meet!"] He didn't wait for Dylan to say
anything. He hung up the call. This was right... Dylan wanted to make up for his sins and helping those
children was the way he saw it. Author's Note: I really need to include this. ++
