Gears, Girls, and Total Chaos

Aurelia clashed blades with Selene, sparks flying as their swords met. Ignis threw firebombs, setting lab equipment ablaze. Zephyria hacked security turrets to fire on the ceiling for dramatic effect.

Finn, dodging debris: "WHY ARE YOU DESTROYING THE ONLY PLACE WITH ANSWERS?!"

Vespera, leaning close, whispering: "Because we love you."

Finn, dead inside: "…I need a vacation."

Meanwhile, Selene knocked Aurelia back and grabbed Finn's arm.

Selene, serious: "Finn. If you leave now, you may never learn the truth."

Aurelia, panting but determined: "You don't need her."

Finn looked between Selene, who offered him answers, and his harem, who offered him total insanity but also loyalty.

Finn, exhausted: "…Can I just have five minutes without a life-or-death choice?"

The entire lab started collapsing.

As Finn lay on the ground catching his breath, he glanced up.

Selene stood across the burning rubble, watching him.
