MY WOMAN

As we laughed and joked with Alexander and Gabriel, I could feel Luna's embarrassment start to fade. She smiled up at me, her eyes sparkling with amusement.

"I think we're going to have to invest in some earplugs," she whispered, her voice barely audible over the laughter.

I chuckled, my arm wrapping around her shoulders. "Definitely," I agreed, pulling her close.

Alexander and Gabriel continued to tease us, but it was all in good fun. We knew they were happy for us, and that they supported our relationship.

As we stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, I felt a sense of contentment wash over me. This was what it meant to be in love - to have friends who supported you, and a partner who made you feel like you were home.

"Thanks for understanding, guys," I said, smiling at Alexander and Gabriel.

Gabriel grinned, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "Anytime, man," he replied. "Just try to keep it down next time, okay?"

We all laughed, and the tension was broken. It was just another day in our little group of friends, and I was grateful to be a part of it.

LUNA'S POV

I woke up to the sound of Alexander and Gabriel's loud voices, teasing Xavier and me about our late-night activities. My face flushed with embarrassment as I buried my face in Xavier's chest.

Xavier chuckled and wrapped his arms around me, holding me close. "Sorry, guys," he said, trying to stifle his grin. "We got a bit carried away."

I peeked up at him, seeing the amusement in his eyes. I couldn't help but laugh too, feeling a bit self-conscious but also happy.

As Alexander and Gabriel continued to tease us, I felt Xavier's arms tighten around me. He pulled me close, his lips brushing against my ear. "I think we're going to have to invest in some earplugs," he whispered, making me giggle.

I smiled up at him, feeling grateful for his love and support. "Definitely," I agreed, my voice barely above a whisper.

As we stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, I felt a sense of contentment wash over me. This was what it meant to be in love - to have friends who supported you, and a partner who made you feel like you were home.

As we finished getting ready for school, Xavier and I stood in the living room, double-checking that we had everything we needed.

Alexander and Gabriel were already waiting by the door, backpacks slung over their shoulders. "Come on, guys, let's go!" Alexander called out, grinning.

Xavier smiled at me, and we shared a quick kiss before grabbing our backpacks and heading out the door.

As we walked to school, the four of us chatted and laughed together, enjoying the crisp morning air. We talked about our plans for the day, our classes, and our upcoming assignments.

When we arrived at school, we parted ways, each of us heading to our respective locker rooms to grab our books for our first class.

Xavier caught up with me again outside our first-period classroom, and we exchanged a quick smile before taking our seats.

As the teacher began to lecture, I couldn't help but sneak glances at Xavier, feeling grateful for our love and our friendship with Alexander and Gabriel.

Throughout the day, Xavier and I would catch each other's eye in the hallways, exchanging sweet smiles and subtle waves. It was a small gesture, but it made my heart skip a beat every time.

At lunchtime, the four of us met up in the cafeteria, sitting at our usual table by the window. We chatted and laughed, sharing stories and jokes as we ate our lunch.

Alexander and Gabriel were their usual goofy selves, making us laugh with their silly antics and impressions. Xavier and I exchanged a look, both of us thinking the same thing - we were lucky to have such amazing friends.

As the day drew to a close, Xavier walked me to my locker, his arm slung casually over my shoulder. "Hey, want to grab dinner together tonight?" he asked, his eyes sparkling with suggestion.

I smiled, feeling a flutter in my chest. "Definitely," I replied, leaning in to kiss him.

As we pulled back, Xavier grinned at me. "I'll pick you up at 6?"

I nodded, smiling up at him. "Sounds perfect."

As Xavier and I shared a romantic kiss by my locker, I didn't notice the student standing nearby, camera phone in hand.

But when we pulled back, I saw her grinning at us, her phone held up. "Gotcha!" she exclaimed, giggling.

Xavier and I exchanged a sheepish look, both of us laughing. "Guess we're going to be famous now," Xavier joked.

The student, whose name was Sophie, chuckled. "You two are so cute! I just had to capture the moment."

I playfully rolled my eyes. "Thanks, Sophie. We'll make sure to autograph your photo."

Sophie grinned, holding up her phone to show us the picture. Xavier and I leaned in, examining the photo.

It was a sweet shot, capturing the moment just as our lips touched. We both looked happy and in love.

Xavier smiled, putting his arm around me. "We make a pretty great couple, huh?"

I nodded, snuggling into his side. "Definitely."

Just then, Olivia walked by and saw the photo on Sophie's phone. Her eyes widened in surprise, and then a smile spread across her face.

"Aw, you two are adorable!" Olivia exclaimed, coming over to join us.

Sophie handed Olivia her phone, and Olivia giggled as she looked at the photo. "This is definitely going on social media," Olivia teased.

Xavier and I exchanged a mock-alarmed look, laughing. "Oh no, Olivia, don't do it!" Xavier joked.

Olivia grinned mischievously. "Too late, I've already posted it. You two are officially Instagram-official!"

I playfully rolled my eyes, laughing. "Thanks, Olivia. We owe you one."

Sonia came attacking, "You stole my man, Luna! He was mine first!"

But before I could even respond, Xavier stepped in, his eyes blazing with anger. "Sonia, that's enough. I've told you before, we were never a thing. I made it clear that I wasn't interested in you romantically."

Sonia's face turned red with rage, but Xavier didn't back down. "And another thing, don't talk to my woman like that. Luna and I are together now, and I won't let anyone disrespect her."

I felt a surge of love and appreciation for Xavier, who was standing up for me and our relationship. I put a hand on his arm, trying to calm him down. "Xavier, it's okay..."

But Xavier was having none of it. "No, Luna, it's not okay. Sonia needs to understand that you're off-limits, and that I won't tolerate anyone treating you with disrespect."

Sonia looked taken aback by Xavier's fierce defense of me, and for a moment, she seemed at a loss for words.

Sonia's face twisted in anger, but Xavier's words seemed to have struck a chord. She took a step back, her eyes flashing with resentment.

"Fine," she spat. "But this isn't over, Luna. You think you've won, but you haven't. Xavier will get bored with you eventually, and when he does, I'll be waiting."

I rolled my eyes, feeling a surge of confidence. "I'm not worried, Sonia. Xavier and I have something real, and I know he's not going anywhere."

Xavier put his arm around me, pulling me close. "That's right," he said, his voice firm. "Luna and I are together, and that's not going to change. So, Sonia, I'd appreciate it if you could just move on and leave us alone."

Sonia's face turned red with rage, but she seemed to realize that she was beaten. With a final glare, she turned and stormed off, leaving the three of us in an uncomfortable silence.

Olivia spoke up first, her voice tentative. "Well, that was awkward."

I laughed, feeling a sense of relief. "Definitely."

Xavier smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "But it's over now. Let's just forget about it and move on, okay?"

I nodded, feeling grateful for Xavier's calm and reassuring presence. "Okay."
