Crawley opened his eyes and got up. Yawning, he opened the curtains of his ninety eighth floor apartment to look out across Chicago.
Instead, he found himself looking straight into the eight giant eyes of a Tralixian spider.
"What the fu'! Goddammit!" He waved at the giant. "Hey! You can't spin webs here! Hey!" He banged on the window.
The spider re-oriented itself, making sure that all its glass-like eyes were pointing at the little human.
"This building is a good place." Came the telepathic reply.
"I don't give a fuck! You're not allowed to spin webs here!"
