Cry blood
Jay-Jay's POV
Did they get in? What happened to my cousin and Sir Alvin? Did they fall? Did something bad happen to them? Where are the Ulopongs? Every breath I take is deep. I don't know what to do next. I have something to do. I should move but my mind is blank. "Quick! While they're busy outside!" one of them shouted. I dropped my cellphone when I heard the doorknob turn. I didn't lock it. You should lock the door. I'm so mad! I was so panicked that I didn't notice that I didn't lock it like Kuya Angelo had told me. The door opened and three men with tattoos all over their arms and necks appeared. They were as tall as the Cobras but their bodies were bigger. They were clearly drawn to trouble. "He's here," one said and his companions smiled broadly. They slowly entered while observing the entire room. "Ram said, we'll paralyze him and break his arm so he can't ï¬ght. As long as we bring him back alive." That's it. I'd rather just kill him than torture him. They laughed and when one of them turned around, he swung the baseball bat he was holding at me. I managed to avoid backing down. I immediately picked up the bench near me. I wasn't going to fall without ï¬ghting. "It's true, I'm ï¬ghting back." I backed away while holding the bench and they slowly approached. I could still ï¬ght. I just didn't know if I could ï¬ght someone like them. One of them immediately rushed forward, but before he could shake his grip, I threw the bench at him and stomped on his stomach with all my might. Before he fell, his back hit the study table. He groaned loudly and looked like he had been punched. The two remaining with me got angry and cursed at me one after another. They even hit me with their hands at the same time but I quickly moved away. I threw the next thing I could reach, I just didn't realize what it was. It was embarrassing because I didn't use these. I'll probably just replace or pay Sir and Ma'am after this mess. I hit one in the face but I didn't notice the other one coming closer. I just felt my back hit the wall and his hand on my neck. I couldn't see his position properly so I just kicked and kicked, hoping I would hit someone. I didn't ail because I hit his leg so he let go of me. Even though I was struggling to breathe, I quickly moved away from him. It just slipped my mind that he still had companions. The one I hit in the face got up again and was about to get back at me but I punched him immediately before picking up the toboggan I saw on the floor. I hit him with it and quickly ran outside. I need to go to Kuya. I stopped. I can't go to him. If Ram's group has knocked him down like I thought, who will ask for help or him. I need to get out of here to ask for help. I can help more that way because I have no match against the enemies. I ran to the back of the house. I climbed their small fence to get out. I saw another group enter from the back of the house. They seemed to be a separate group from the ones in front and those who had already entered the house earlier. I was just thankful that they didn't notice me. I got down on the other side and ran. The grass was thick and tall. I couldn't see the road properly so I stumbled and almost fell a few times. Why did the Sirs decide to build a house on the mountain? I stopped when I heard Kuya Angelo's voice calling my name. I looked around but I couldn't see him. "JAY!" I knew it was Kuya. I knew it was his voice but where was he? Does that mean he wasn't hurt? What happened to Ram? I was confused but it would be better if I could go to him. I tried to follow the source of his voice but because of the grass and plants blocking the way, I tripped and kept alling. It was like a fall! I was about to get up and look for Kuya again but I heard voices not far from me. "FOOL! FIND HIM!" I covered my mouth. I couldn't just stand there, they would see me quickly. I couldn't scream to call Kuya because they might ï¬nd me ï¬rst. I had to get out of here without them noticing. Even though my knees and elbows hurt, I forced myself to crawl away. I slowly raised my head to check if anyone was near me. I saw a few so I bent down again and crawled. "THEY'RE COMING KEIFER! HURRY UP AND FIND THEM !" The Cobras were coming! My prayers were answered. It was like a thorn had been pulled out when I heard that, but I couldn't be complacent. I crawled again and when I saw a big tree I stood up and hid there. I peeked at them for a moment before looking for another tree to hide in. I was so grateful that they couldn't see me. I was far away from them and was about to move to another tree when someone grabbed me and covered my mouth. My eyes widened when I smelled fresh blood. I was trying to let go just so he could let go. "Jay, it's me," whispered the one who grabbed me. It was my brother's voice. I looked up and our eyes met. He let go of me and my stomach started to churn because of the smell of blood. I backed away as I was scared and searched for the source. "W-Where did the blood come from?" I asked, which was quickly answered when I saw his side. "It was just a splatter. That Ram is ready to ï¬ght," he said while looking around. I couldn't take my eyes off his side. I felt like I was having trouble breathing. Why did it feel like someone was choking me. "I need to ï¬nd a place to hide you, then I will go back to help Alvin." I sat up because of the dizziness. Kuya froze but when we heard a voice he immediately grabbed my hand and pulled me away. I couldn't complain because of what I was feeling. "Ram didn't just bring one group. He also escaped from my hand after attempting to stab me." I didn't know how far we were from home but I was already having trouble breathing. Add to that the speed of my cousin's movements. My mind wasn't working properly because of the blood flowing from him. I wanted to throw up. He suddenly stopped. I thought we could rest but we were both stopped by someone coming towards us. Ram was leading with his hands still covered in blood while holding the knife. I was even more confused. Why was there so much blood? He smiled at me. "I just realize who you are," he said to Kuya while pointing at him with his hand. "You are Angelo, a fvcking legend." "That's why our companions fell," said one of his companions. "Too bad, we outsmarted you." Ram said arrogantly and laughed. I was having a hard time understanding what was happening. I could feel my face and neck sweating. My gaze was still on Kuya's side . My breathing was getting heavier and while they were busy I just sat down on my own. I wanted to get away. I didn't want to see blood. I didn't want blood. My heart was beating so fast, my chest was starting to ache. "Jay, you need to hide," said Kuya. I purposely backed away while confused by what was happening. I couldn't move properly. I knew I should move but it seemed like my body didn't want to obey. I forced myself to take a deep breath. What was happening to me? "JAY! I SAID HIDE!" my cousin shouted. I didn't realize that Ram's group had already rushed in. I took the opportunity to get away from them, I tried to stand up and was about to run when someone suddenly grabbed my hair. "Where do you think you're going?" I found it even harder to breathe and my tears started to flow involuntarily . Ram pointed the knife he was holding at my face. He laughed when he saw that I couldn't ï¬ght back. Keifer. He tried to drag me but because I was having trouble moving, he had a hard time pulling me. He kept pulling my hair so hard that I screamed. "Follow me! We'll wait for Keifer!" I tried to look for someone who could help me but because of my blurred vision I couldn't see anything. It was also because of my knee that I fell again. Ram cursed one after another but he fell silent and suddenly let go. When I looked up, Kuya Angelo was in front of me. He was trying to cover me and simply reached out his hand to me while his back was to me. "Get up Jay," he whispered. Instead of accepting his hand, I screamed when I saw the blood flowing. I immediately moved away from him while trying to gasp for air. Get me away from here! My cousin turned to me but that caused the rest of Ram's companions to rush in. Kuya fought off the four men holding swords and sticks alone. He was hit several times and ell to his knees but he quickly recovered. "FUCK YOU! DON'T MAKE US HARD!" Ram took the opportunity to rush at me again but Kuya blocked him again. In Ram's anger, he swung the knife he was holding and hit my cousin. I screamed as his blood splashed in front of me. I tried to crawl backwards and away from them. Help me! Keifer! "That's it!" one of them shouted. They made another swing with their hands. Ram was simultaneously punching my cousin. He only got a few times but he kept blocking me so they couldn't get close. "STOP IT! YOU'RE GOING TO DIE!" one of them shouted. I leaned against a tree. My chest was aching from the tightness. I literally had difficulty breathing and couldn't move properly. Keifer! Where are you? I wanted to scream as loud as I could. I wanted to scream out what was inside my chest. There were only two of them in front of my brother, Ram tried to approach me again but my cousin blocked me again. One of them was about to hit my cousin in the head but he dodged. Unfortunately, Ram used the opportunity to stab my cousin in the neck. HE HIT HIM! I covered my face in fear. They were going to kill Kuya Angelo. I tried to call his name but nothing came out of my mouth but weak cries. HELP US! HELP MY COUSIN! "Jay!" Kuya shouted my name. When I lifted my face, he was kneeling in front of Ram. He was holding the side of his neck, blood flowing weakly. One of the last men he faced had already collapsed. "I'm still alive. We're not yet done," he said to Ram. Ram was also obviously tired from the deep rest. Blood was still dripping from his knife as a smile slowly appeared on his lips. I don't know if he was amazed that my cousin was still able to cope despite what he had suffered or if he was planning to ï¬nish the person he was facing. "Tangina, you're harder to knock out than Keifer," Ram said but there was a hint of annoyance in his tone. He looked at the knife he was holding and looked at Kuya. I immediately knew what he was going to do next but because of my lack of strength I just screamed. He tried to stab my cousin in the head but he was suddenly punched in the side. The punch hit him hard and it looked like his ribs were broken because of his sudden fall and twisting in pain. "I just rest to give you that blow." Ram could do nothing but writhe and scream in pain. My cousin stood up and approached him. "You should have stayed at the hospital," he said and kicked Ram in the stomach. He also targeted his chest and side a few times before giving him a strong punch to the face. Ram lost consciousness. Looking at him, he looked like he was dead but I saw his ï¬ngers move . My cousin rested for a moment. He took a deep breath and briefly felt the wound on his neck. He also looked at his other arm and hand which also had wounds and blood. He stood up and took a deep breath. I was still struggling with my situation, I was struggling even more as my chest tightened and my vision blurred from dizziness. It felt like I was going deaf. With every beat of my heart, the darkness in my vision increased. I tried to close my eyes so I could still see something but it seemed like the light was arguing. "Let's go back home," said Kuya Angelo. "I know Alvin is done beating the others." Kuya slowly turned to face me but for some reason I couldn't understand, he gradually became a different person in my eyes. His face was angry, blood was flowing from his neck down his body, he was having trouble breathing, he was looking at me and slowly walking closer. What was I seeing? Fear consumed my whole body. I didn't know him but it seemed like my whole body knew who he was. I also heard a woman's voice but it was faint. "W-Who are you?" I asked in fear. I backed away as he took a step closer to me. "Who are you? W-Don't come any closer!" The situation was so familiar. I knew this had happened before but why couldn't I remember? I was even more scared when he took another step closer. I tried to back away but because of the tree behind me I couldn't get away. I was stumbling while trying to hold my chest tight. I couldn't move. I was even stronger than the dog with the chain around my neck. I felt like my whole body was tied up and preventing me from breathing properly. "Get away!" I shouted while crying. The woman's voice gradually became clear to me. Familiar. The voice was so familiar. I looked around to ï¬nd her. Every time my vision darkened, my surroundings changed but it still returned to my current location. What was happening to me? I looked behind the man. A woman, bloody and wounded, was lying on her back and trying to reach me. I knew her. I knew I knew her. MOM! "RUN . . . " He wanted to say something but I had a hard time understanding him. I knew it was Mom. I 've seen this situation before . " . . . SON . I shouldn't let him go. I don't know how long I've been ï¬ghting him but it feels like it's been too long. It eels like hours but he's not letting me go. If I stop, he'll probably kill me. "GET AWAY FROM ME!" Suddenly someone hugged me, covering both of my arms, making me unable to move. I was even more panicked and scared. He grabbed me! "Jay-Jay!" I just screamed as I struggled to get away from the person holding me. "Jay-Jay!" Someone called my name a few more times before I noticed that his voice was familiar. Keifer? "Jasper Jean open your eyes!" "Listen to me, open your eyes!" "Jay, please listen!" I opened my eyes like I was begging and Keifer's face appeared before me. It felt strange to see him. I wanted to cry out loud in his arms but I couldn't . Why now? "GET ME AWAY FROM HERE! HE'LL KILL ME!" I shouted and tried to get away from him. "Calm down! No one will hurt you!" But I didn't listen to him. I still cried and tried to escape from his arms. "What's happening to Jay-Jay?" "Should we pour water on him? Maybe he'll calm down." "Stupid! Are you panicking and pouring water on him?" I gradually understood that they were here. Keifer and my friends were here. Am I safe? "Calm down Jay, I'm here. We're here," Keifer said. I still cried and cried but I gradually stopped struggling. It was like a lullaby that Keifer kept telling me to calm down and that they were here. My chest hurt, I was still struggling and scared but I knew he was by my side. "No one will hurt you." It was gone. It took me a long time to completely calm down so it took a long time for him to let go. I hugged the King of Vipers crying. I want to tell him. I want to tell him everything that happened. I also want to be angry at them or why it took them so long. But I want to cry more because they are ï¬nally here. Why did it take so long? "Sshhh... You have nothing to be afraid of." "Why are you only here now?" He kissed me on the side of the head. "I'm so sorry, we helped Sir Alvin ï¬rst. We thought you were inside the house." "Don't leave me again, please," I begged. He hugged me tighter. "I won't." I was still shaking with fear and struggling to breathe but somehow I was slowly calming down. As long as he was here next to me. "I need help, we need to move Angelo home." I heard Yuri say so we looked at him. I quickly became worried when I saw that Kuya was unconscious. He was still bleeding as much as before before me . . . before me? before . . . me . . . seeing a man I didn't know. Who did I see earlier? Why did I see Mama too? "I think we should bring him to the hospital," David said and took a position to help Yuri carry Kuya. The other Ulopongs who were with them, like Felix, Rory and Edrix, also helped. "W-What happened to Kuya? Did I do something about that?" I asked in fear. Keifer stood up and I was shocked when he picked me up. I held on to him tightly. "You're Keifer, you hit your cousin rom behind." Rory complained and I heard Felix and Edrix laugh softly. Ehh why? "You calmed down once," Yuri lectured. "Tss. Do I know? I thought he was an enemy and he's doing inappropriate things to Jay-Jay." Hari explained with a frown. He hit Kuya because he thought he was someone else. I think it's my fault because I screamed and got lost. I was so scared because of the man I saw. I was weak and limp. My chest was still tight and I was crying softly. The dizziness from earlier had been replaced by drowsiness. I wanted to close my eyes. "Jay?" Keifer called to me but I couldn't answer. "Hey, hey, don't close your eyes." Even though I wanted to follow him, I couldn't. My body was so tired and besides, I felt like I was cold. "Hurry up! Take her home!" David shouted at Keifer who did it quickly. I could feel Keifer running but I couldn't tell if he had made it home because I had completely lost consciousness. I just really wanted to sleep.
