Gangsters: Mri V The Cosmic Tyrant [1]

Jengraimukh Academy Tournament – The Road to Machu Picchu

Chapter 1: The Tournament Begins

The sun burned bright over Jengraimukh Academy, and the massive announcement board at the center of the campus had a new banner:

"Inter-House Tournament – Grand Prize: An All-Expenses-Paid Trip to Machu Picchu!"

The students erupted into excitement. A once-in-a-lifetime chance to visit the legendary Incan ruins! But there was a catch—only one team would win.

The tournament would be a Team Survival Challenge, a mix of combat, endurance, strategy, and teamwork. The rules were simple:

Each team had six members.

A simulated battlefield was set up inside the academy's jungle training grounds.

Teams had to complete missions, collect survival points, and eliminate opponents.

The last team standing with the highest points would win.

Mri stood with his arms crossed, a smirk on his face. He already knew who his teammates would be.

Forming the Ultimate Team

"Oi, Mri! We're definitely going, right?" Ayang walked up, grinning.

"Of course," Mri replied. "We need a strong team."

They picked their best friends and most skilled fighters:

Mri – The strategist and powerhouse.

Ayang – The leader, tactical genius.

Jasmine – Quick and unpredictable.

Bibek – A close-combat expert.

Malobika – Master of traps and tactics.

Pronami – The archer, speedster, and scout.

With their team finalized, they registered and stepped into the massive battleground—a forest filled with hidden traps, obstacles, and enemy teams lurking everywhere.

The tournament had begun.

Round 1: The Initial Battle

As soon as the countdown ended, chaos erupted. Teams clashed, alliances were formed and betrayed within minutes. Mri's team stuck together, avoiding unnecessary fights while scanning for points to collect.

"Two teams incoming from the left," Pronami whispered, perched on a tree branch.

Ayang smirked. "Perfect. Let's test them."

The enemy teams charged—but they had no idea who they were up against.

Jasmine dodged and struck with lightning-fast punches.

Bibek knocked out an opponent with a brutal knee strike.

Mri sent a guy flying with a single kick.

The fight was over in seconds. They had already eliminated two teams.

"Too easy," Bibek laughed.

"Save your energy," Mri said, eyes scanning the area. "The real battles are yet to come."

Round 2: The Traps & Betrayals

As they moved deeper, the battlefield got more dangerous. Teams set traps, fake alliances were formed, and betrayals happened within moments.

Ayang predicted an ambush and turned the tables, taking out another team.

Malobika set up a fake distress signal, luring two teams into fighting each other.

Pronami's archery skills sniped down opponents from afar.

Soon, only five teams remained.

The Final Battle: Winner Takes All

The last match was announced:

Mri's team vs. "The Thunder Titans"—the Academy's undefeated squad.

The entire school gathered to watch the final showdown.

The Thunder Titans were physically stronger, but Mri's team had better tactics, speed, and teamwork.

The battle began.

Mri vs. their captain – a brutal exchange of punches and kicks that shook the battlefield.

Jasmine outmaneuvered two opponents at once.

Bibek took on their tank, smashing through his defenses.

Ayang set up the perfect counterattack, leading to a final strike by Mri.

With one final team attack, the Thunder Titans fell.

Victory! The Road to Machu Picchu!

The crowd exploded in cheers. Mri's team had won!

As the principal announced their grand prize, Mri grinned.

"Pack your bags, guys. We're going to Machu Picchu."

Chapter 2: The Flight to Peru

The atmosphere at Jengraimukh Academy was electric as the winning team—Mri, Ayang, Jasmine, Bibek, Malobika, and Pronami—stood before a roaring crowd. The principal handed them their golden tickets to Machu Picchu.

"We did it!" Jasmine cheered, holding her ticket in the air.

Bibek smirked. "I don't care about the tournament anymore, I just want to sit on the business class seat of an international flight!"

Mri shook his head. "We're flying economy."

Bibek's face fell. "Wait… what?"

"Yeah, we're students. They won't waste business class tickets on us," Ayang added with a laugh.

Bibek dramatically fell to his knees. "Noooo! My dream of sipping mango juice while stretching my legs—gone!"

"Shut up, Bibek," Malobika giggled.

Packing & Airport Chaos

The next morning, the six of them gathered at Mri's house to pack.

Jasmine: "Mri, why do you need five jackets for a summer trip?"

Mri: "What if it suddenly snows?"

Ayang: "In Peru? In summer?!"

Meanwhile, Bibek had only one bag—a tiny backpack.

Malobika: "That's all you're taking?!"

Bibek: "I live a simple life. Just some clothes, deodorant, and a power bank. Essentials."

Pronami: "What about toothpaste?"

Bibek: "The hotel has free ones."

Mri just facepalmed.

Finally, after countless arguments over what to pack, they reached the airport. That's when the real chaos began.

First, Bibek almost got tackled by security because he jokingly told them, "I have a bomb… of excitement!"

Second, Jasmine somehow lost her passport in ten minutes, making everyone panic—only to find it in her hoodie pocket.

Third, Mri and Ayang had to pull Pronami and Malobika away from duty-free shopping, or they would have missed the flight.

After all the madness, they finally boarded the plane.

Inside the Flight – Seat Fights & In-Flight Chaos

The moment they stepped inside, everyone ran to get the window seat.

Bibek dove for it first. "Mine!"

Mri grabbed him by the collar and threw him back into his assigned seat. "Nope."

Ayang smirked. "Window seats should be for the team leader."

Jasmine: "Then why am I sitting in the middle?"

Mri: "Because life is unfair."

Jasmine pouted and elbowed him in the ribs.

As the plane took off, Pronami suddenly turned pale.

Malobika: "Are you okay?"

Pronami: "I… I think I have flight sickness."

Bibek handed her a paper bag. "Use this if you wanna puke."

Pronami glared at him. "Thanks, so thoughtful."

Turbulence & The Legendary Prank

The flight was going smoothly—until they hit turbulence.

Jasmine clutched Mri's arm. "Is this normal?!"

"Relax, it's just air currents."

But Bibek had a brilliant idea.

Bibek (whispering to Malobika): "Let's pretend the plane is crashing."

They nodded at each other, and suddenly, Bibek screamed.

"THE ENGINE FAILED! WE'RE GOING DOWN!"

Passengers panicked, and Jasmine nearly fainted.

Mri punched Bibek in the head. "Shut up, idiot!"

A flight attendant stormed over. "Sir, please remain seated, or we'll land you in the ocean."

Bibek froze. "O-Okay…"

After that, no one let Bibek sleep in peace. Jasmine flicked his ear every five minutes.

Landing in Peru & The First Mystery

After a 16-hour flight, they finally landed in Cusco, Peru.

"WE MADE IT!" Ayang stretched. "Now, time for adventure!"

But as they stepped out of the airport, something felt… off.

A group of local villagers were whispering to each other, looking terrified.

Jasmine walked up to a shopkeeper and asked, "What's going on?"

The old man shook his head. "Something is wrong in the jungle. The animals… they are acting strange."

Mri's eyes narrowed. "Strange how?"

The man looked around nervously and whispered:

"They are **going mad. And some of them… have started glowing."

Chapter 3: The Jungle's Secret

The air in Cusco was crisp, with the scent of fresh earth and old stone filling their lungs. The streets were bustling with tourists, but amidst the cheerful crowd, there was an eerie tension.

Mri turned to the others. "Glowing animals? Sounds like some kind of mutation."

Ayang crossed his arms. "Or something supernatural."

Bibek scoffed. "Or maybe people here just drank too much chicha."

Jasmine rolled her eyes. "Bibek, do you ever take anything seriously?"

"Nope," Bibek grinned.

Ignoring him, Malobika addressed the old shopkeeper. "Where exactly have these strange sightings been happening?"

The old man hesitated before pointing toward the Andean jungle, beyond the sacred ruins.

"They say the spirits of the land are angry. Animals are running away from something. Something… evil."

The team exchanged glances.

Pronami whispered, "We were supposed to have a relaxing trip…"

The Journey Begins

Despite the ominous warnings, the team decided to stick to their original plan—exploring Machu Picchu.

The next morning, they packed their gear, hired a guide, and began the trek.

As they hiked up the mountain trails, Bibek groaned. "Why are we walking when we could have just taken a bus?"

"Because the view is better this way," Malobika said, taking pictures.

"Yeah, yeah, great view." Bibek huffed. "But my legs are suffering!"

Mri smirked. "We should leave you behind as a sacrifice to the mountain spirits."

"Ha. Ha. So funny," Bibek deadpanned.

The higher they climbed, the denser the jungle became. Strange bird calls echoed through the trees, and the air smelled different—like a mix of rain-soaked leaves and something unfamiliar.

Jasmine suddenly stopped. "Did you hear that?"

A low growl rumbled from the bushes.

The group tensed.

Then, in a blur of motion, a figure burst out—a young girl, her wild brown hair tied back, her skin bronzed from the sun. She was fast, leaping over fallen logs with the agility of a predator.

Behind her, a shadowy figure lunged forward.

Without thinking, Mri dashed ahead.

WHOOSH!

With one swift movement, he tackled the girl out of the way as sharp claws slashed through the air where she had just been.

The creature let out a guttural snarl and disappeared into the trees.

Panting, the girl scrambled to her feet and pointed a handmade spear at Mri's chest.

"Who are you?" she demanded in a thick accent.

Mri raised his hands in surrender. "Whoa, relax! We just saved you!"

The girl's dark eyes flickered between them, full of distrust.

Ayang stepped forward. "We're travelers. We don't mean any harm."

The girl hesitated, then lowered her spear.

"My name is Iquiri," she said. "You shouldn't be here."

Bibek sighed. "Great. Another warning. Can someone actually tell us what's going on?"

Iquiri glanced around, as if making sure they weren't being watched. Then, in a low voice, she said:

"The jungle is changing. Animals are… different now. Some of them are turning into monsters."

Jasmine frowned. "How? Is someone experimenting on them?"

Iquiri shook her head. "No. This is something natural. It is as if the Earth itself is awakening them."

Mri's mind raced. Animals with glowing auras… natural mutations… a force awakening them?

"What was that thing chasing you?" he asked.

Iquiri's expression darkened. "A beast unlike any other. It wasn't always like this. But now… it has become something else."

A loud roar echoed from deep in the jungle, shaking the very ground beneath them.

Iquiri looked at them, her face full of urgency.

"If you value your lives, you will leave. Now."

But Mri only clenched his fists.

"No." His yellow aura flickered around him. "We're not leaving. Not until we find out the truth."
