"How is that possible! You must be lying to me, aren't you!"
"How could it be so fast!"
"What flight route?"
Vivienne fired off a barrage of questions like a machine gun.
I didn't want to answer, waiting for the crowd outside to disperse before I took a step out.
Vivienne looked anxious, gripping me tightly:
"Zoran, say something! Why have you stopped talking?"
"Is it that you can't even be bothered to speak to me now?"
I glanced at the time and frowned:
"What is there to say? My new route starts in three days, so naturally I need to go familiarize myself with it."
"I'm going to the airline office now to request an early test flight."
Hearing this, Vivienne's eyes lit up, and she said:
"Alright, for a test flight, an experienced captain needs to accompany you. I'll go with you."
I hesitated for a moment, then agreed.
This was an airline regulation; I had originally planned to have my mentor accompany me.
