Dear Internet, I Think I Broke Reality

[ If you were given the chance to cross into the Marvel universe, would you take it? ]

"Huh?"

Leon Richter stared at the strange prompt that suddenly popped up on his computer screen, his mood instantly souring.

He had spent hours downloading an 80GB file, and it was finally at 99%, so close to completion. But now, out of nowhere, his computer was acting up. The screen flickered, strange windows appeared, and everything screamed of a virus attack.

"Dammit!" Leon gritted his teeth.

Without hesitation, he yanked out the ethernet cable. Whether it was a virus or not, the first rule of cybersecurity was to cut off the internet. He had over a terabyte of personal files on his pc, he wasn't about to let some malware corrupt it all.

Next, he pressed the power button and held it down for ten seconds. Nothing happened.

Growing frustrated, he reached under his desk and pulled the power plug straight from the socket.

And yet...

The screen remained on.

Leon felt a chill run down his spine.

"This is some next level malware…" he muttered, his voice shaky.

Deciding to seek help, he grabbed his phone and quickly posted on an online forum:

"My computer won't turn off. It's showing some weird message about crossing into Marvel. What should I do? Urgent! Help!"

The responses came fast:

"What are you waiting for? Click yes!"

"Bro, just go already!"

"Sounds like you've been watching too many isekai animes."

"Can I join? Let's form a team!"

"Bro your photoshop skills need some work."

Leon exhaled sharply. This was ridiculous. With nothing to lose, he clicked [Yes.]

In an instant, a vortex of darkness burst from his screen, sucking everything in the room toward it. Papers flew, objects rattled, and then, Leon was pulled in.

When he opened his eyes again, he was in a futuristic, ultra-luxurious room. The walls were lined with glowing projections, and the sleek design screamed sci-fi.

His head throbbed.

"It hurts… who the hell hit me?" Leon groaned.

He sat up and immediately froze.

Next to him… was a man.

A very familiar man.

Brown hair, a signature goatee, Tony Stark.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!"

Leon leaped out of the bed in horror, his mind racing.

Had he just woken up next to Tony Stark?!

Of all the ways to start an isekai journey….this had to be the worst.

Couldn't he have at least transmigrated as a billionaire? Or a superhero? Or for fuck sake, even a beautiful woman would do?!

But this….he was in bed with Tony Stark.

This was not how things were supposed to go.

Before Tony could even react, Leon panicked and threw a punch.

SMACK!

Tony stumbled back, clutching his eye.

"OW! What the hell, man?!" Tony snapped. "I don't know what Howard was thinking, leaving you in my care, but I sure as hell didn't sign up for this!"

Leon didn't care. He wasn't about to take any chances.

Within seconds, the two were brawling.

Fifteen minutes later, bruised and exhausted, they found themselves sitting in a modern living room, sipping coffee.

Pepper Potts, standing beside them, sighed.

"So let me get this straight," she said. "Leon, you thought Tony had….done something to you last night?"

Leon looked away awkwardly. "I mean….yeah, it looked pretty bad at that time."

Pepper chuckled. "You two got ridiculously drunk and ended up crashing in the same room. That's it."

Leon felt his face heat up.

"...Oh."

Tony rolled his eyes. "Leon, next time, let's leave the boxing match to the professionals. My handsome face isn't a fan of black eyes"

Leon took a deep breath, trying to steady his racing thoughts. 'This was going to be one hell of a ride'
