"Are you talking to me?" Ryongho asked flatly, his voice laced with an eerie calm.
Bang Hojong scowled.
"Fuck! Are you deaf?!"
With a snarl, he threw a punch straight at Ryongho's face.
But to Ryongho, the punch was painfully slow.
His hand shot out—snatching Bang Hojong's wrist mid-swing.
The impact never came.
"What the—?!"
Bang Hojong's eyes widened in shock. He tried to yank his fist back—but it wouldn't budge.
Ryongho's grip was like iron.
"Weak."
Before Bang Hojong could react—
CRACK!
Ryongho's palm smashed across his face with a thunderous slap.
The force sent shockwaves through his skull, and his vision went black.
His body flew sideways, crashing into desks before slumping motionless to the floor.
For a moment, silence filled the room.
Then—
"You bastard! Are you insane?!"
Woo Jongmin rushed forward, his fist cocked back, aiming straight for Ryongho's jaw.
But Ryongho's lips curled into a smirk.
"Too slow."
Ryongho's voice was cold and unshaken.
With a swift, powerful hook, he smashed his fist into Woo Jongmin's left cheek.
The impact sent a shockwave through his skull, and his body went limp mid-air before crashing right beside Bang Hojong's unconscious form.
Ryongho exhaled, shaking off his fist, then glanced at Noh Manho—the so-called leader of the group.
Instead of saying anything, he walked toward the two bodies, crouching down to slap them awake.
But then—
A sharp sense of danger prickled his skin.
His instincts screamed at him.
Ryongho's head snapped up—
A pen was flying straight toward his face at blinding speed.
Without hesitation, he jerked his head down, narrowly avoiding the projectile.
At the same time, he kicked out with full force, sweeping the feet of the attacker behind him.
BANG!
The figure was launched backward, crashing into a nearby desk.
Ryongho quickly got to his feet and turned.
There, sprawled over the fallen desk, was Noh Manho, gripping a pair of pens in each hand like daggers.
"Not bad."
His voice was calm, but his expression was tense. He hadn't expected Ryongho to dodge.
But Ryongho smirked.
This was exactly what he had planned.
By crouching down, he had given Noh Manho the perfect chance to attack—but it was all a trap.
And Noh Manho had taken the bait.
Realizing this, Noh Manho's expression darkened. Without missing a beat, he grabbed a chair and hurled it toward Ryongho before charging forward.
But Ryongho remained unshaken.
As the chair flew toward him, he effortlessly caught it mid-air, muscles flexing from the impact, and then tossed it aside.
However—
Just as the chair left his hands, his eyes caught something terrifying—
Noh Manho's fingers, aimed straight at his eyes.
A feint!
Ryongho jerked his head back, barely dodging what would have been a brutal eye poke.
But Noh Manho wasn't done—his knee shot forward, aiming directly for Ryongho's groin.
"This guy fights dirty."
With no time to waste, Ryongho clamped his thighs together tightly, blocking the kick before it could land.
Yet—
There was no impact.
He barely had time to register it before—
BAM!
A vicious uppercut came soaring toward his chin.
His posture was still restricted from blocking the groin kick, leaving him with little room to move.
But Ryongho reacted in an instant.
Rather than dodging, he threw himself backward, barely evading the punch.
At the same time, he whipped his leg upward, his foot smashing directly into Noh Manho's chin with full force.
CRACK!
A sickening noise echoed through the room.
Noh Manho's body was launched off the ground, flipping in the air before crashing down like a ragdoll.
"Gaaahhh!"
A pained scream escaped his lips before he went completely still.
Ryongho straightened his posture, breathing out slowly.
He walked over to the unconscious trio and slapped their faces, hard enough to shock them awake.
The moment their eyes fluttered open, Ryongho towered over them, his expression unreadable.
"From now on, I'm the leader of this class."
His voice was firm and absolute.
"You three will follow me."
No one dared to argue.
Ryongho was quite satisfied with how easily he had completed his first quest.
Suddenly, a pair of new game panels appeared in front of him.

After obtaining the Attack Cards, he somehow felt that he could use the techniques proficiently, even though he had never learned them before.
However, he didn't want to be bound by the system. He wanted to master those moves on his own so that if the system ever left him, he wouldn't become useless.
As for the Level Up Card [Speed] and [Endurance], he had received one each, which could be used on Bang Hojong and Woo Jongmin. However, before doing so, he needed to ensure that they would truly follow him wholeheartedly.
He had also received two new quests—to defeat the leaders of other classes. It seemed that each first-year class had its own leader, and in order to complete the Elite Quest, he would have to defeat them all one by one.
With the school day resuming soon, Ryongho returned to his seat. Class went on, and Ryongho continued listening to the teacher's lesson. In junior high school, he had always been at the top of his class, and he intended to maintain that position in high school as well.
After school ended, Ryongho went straight home. There wasn't much interesting happening at school anyway. He had no intention of joining any clubs—he was simply too lazy, and since it wasn't mandatory, he saw no reason to bother.
As for Noh Manho, Bang Hojong, and Woo Jongmin, they avoided his gaze whenever their eyes met. It was clear they were still afraid of him after the beating they had received.
He decided he would talk to them tomorrow and invite them to join his crew. While Bang Hojong and Woo Jongmin weren't particularly strong, they could at least serve as useful thugs.
"I'm back." Ryongho called out as he opened the door to his house. It was quite large, and his family had once been well off.
However, his parents had died in a plane crash, leaving him and his younger sister alone. Despite their tragic passing, they had left behind a massive inheritance—more than enough for him and his sister to live comfortably for the rest of their lives.
"Welcome back, oppa!" a cheerful voice called from the living room.
When Ryongho walked in, he saw a young girl sitting on the sofa, watching TV while snacking.
Her name was Kim Soojin. She had long black hair and an innocent look. She was only a year younger than him and attended a prestigious middle school.
"You'll get fat if you keep eating that." Ryongho teased, smirking at his sister.
Soojin pouted. "I eat this all the time and never get fat, oppa!" she retorted.
"Still, don't eat too many snacks, or you won't have room for dinner." He reminded her.
"Okay!" Soojin replied with a bright smile before happily continuing to snack while watching TV.
After taking a bath, Ryongho headed to the kitchen to prepare food for both himself and his sister.
And just like that, the night passed uneventfully. Nothing special happened.

The next day.
Ryongho sat at his desk while Noh Manho, Bang Hojong, and Woo Jongmin stood in front of him.
"So? What do you think? Do you guys agree?" Ryongho asked with a cold face.
Before school started, he had gathered the three of them to discuss his plan. In short, he wanted to form a crew and was inviting them to join.
One thing needed to be made clear—Ryongho wasn't a good guy. But he wasn't purely bad either. He simply did whatever benefited him and his younger sister.
Although he had inherited a significant amount of money, he didn't want his sister to live an average life. He wanted her to be able to buy anything she wanted, swipe her card without a second thought, and never have to worry about money.
Beyond that, Ryongho himself had grown bored with life. The appearance of the system had finally added some excitement to his otherwise dull existence.
Then, an interesting thought crossed his mind—if he became a villain, wouldn't a protagonist-type hero eventually appear to challenge him? He was curious about what it would be like to go up against a protagonist. Perhaps that would make life more thrilling.
