Tegeshi was surprised when he heard Darius say he wanted the design to be a dragon but then he knew that there might have been a reason and he didn't want to butt in.
"Alright, I will make sure that I do that, you will get notified when the weapon is ready," Tegeshi was still smiling, he was shocked how he had almost lost one of the important customers he would have gotten in a while. "Please, I need to make sure I will be able to contact you."
"Oh yeah," Darius put his hand into his pocket and pulled out a card, he handed it to Tegeshi. "That's my house address and phone number."
Tegeshi took the card with a smile on his face, "Alright, I will contact you once it's done."
Darius smiled before he turned to walk away, he was going to pay for his sister's hospital bills and make sure that nothing would take her from him.
"I will see you soon, Mr. Tegeshi," Darius walked out of the store, he was not going to waste more time there.
He walked out to the streets, looking around, he knew that warriors were allowed to use their power to take themselves anywhere.
'Alright, I want to see my speed!' Darius had a mischievous smile on his face, he knew that there was a chance he would do something that would bring the attention of the other warriors to himself.
Darius took a position, he took in a deep breath before pacing himself well enough to start running.
Darius ran past many speed meters, making them go AWOL, it was clear that something fast had passed.
He could feel his body wavering into something else, he could dodge obstacles as he ran through the city like a blur.
His speed was incredible and no ordinary hunter would have that kind of speed.
Darius got to the hospital, he looked down as he walked into the front door, everyone who saw him was a bit confused. Aside from the ragged clothes, he had something that made him different.
Darius was holding the money in his hands, he didn't want to make any mistakes that would take Lena away from him, and he would be lost in the world like that all alone.
He walked to the doctor's office to spot him going through patients' files, the doctor looked up to see Darius.
"Ah, Mr. Winters, you are back so early?!" The doctor didn't expect Darius to come back that early or to even have anything in his hands.
Darius gave the man an odd smile, he walked to the doctor's desk with a huge smile on his face.
He took out twenty thousand from the money he had and placed it there knowing that he was going to get the doctor's attention.
The doctor saw the wad of cash and knew that there was a chance he was imagining it, but then it was clear that Darius had the money to pay for his sister's treatment.
He looked up to see the proud look on Darius' face, he was also happy for the lad.
"Now, I don't know how you were able to do this, but you have shown me that you do love your sister from beginning to the end," The doctor was looking at Darius who had a huge smile on his face.
"I can't stand here and watch her die, she's all I got, doc, and I will do anything to make sure that I will see her playing again." Darius had a smile on his face.
The doctor was happy to see that Darius had that kind of energy for his sister, knowing that he was going to make sure that nothing would make him lose her to anything or anyone.
"She is lucky to have a brother like you, now why don't you go pay that to the register and make sure you get some rest, from the looks of your clothes you fought one hell of a monster with the guild you hooked with." The doctor who is looking at Darius, and he could see that he didn't have a normal day.
Darius looked at his clothes and he could see why he had something like that to say, he had a smile on his face.
"I will get some rest, bye doc!" Darius waved as he left the room to go pay for his sister's treatment.
Darius made the payment, he didn't have any other thing to do but then he remembered that he was going to make sure that Lena was going to be happy.
He walked to her ward, he was about to walk in normally, then he paused. He thought of what would make Lena smile a bit and he was going to do it.
'I don't know what is going to put a smile on her face but then I will give everything I have to make sure I see her little smile.' Darius thought as he walked to the ward, he spotted Lena playing with her toys.
"Now, the warriors are about to retreat cause they know they can't win the fight without the saviour! The man, the myth, the legend!" Lena was playing with random toys, Darius could see that she was doing well, he couldn't help but smile at his sister's active imagination and the way she was not going to let anything keep her down like that.
Lena looked up to see Darius looking at her, a bigger smile formed on her face when she saw him, followed by a red face filled with embarrassment.
"How long have you been looking at me?!" Lena asked, she was trying to cover her face, she knew that Darius had seen her saying all that.
"Come on, don't stop there. I was about to get to the good part where the fearless hero saves the city!" Darius walked in, he was smiling, it was the first time in a while he had seen his sister that energetic, and it was also showing that she was going to be fine.
Lena was scratching the tip of her nose when she was looking at her brother, "The scene will be ruined with you standing there, so I would do it when you are not going to be looking at me."
Darius put on an odd face, he was trying to see that Lena would smile. "So you don't want me to see my sister's beautiful act, you, my dear, are a villain."
Lena smiled, she was always ready for whatever he was about to do. "I am not a villain, you are just a big baby."
"Hey," Darius sat close to Lena and held her close. "Now who you calling a big baby?" Darius began tickling Lena, he was trying to make sure she would be happy no matter what. He was additionally happy that he had made enough money for the treatment and soon Lena would be fine and no one would be able to tell him that his sister would be in danger.
"Big brother?" Lena called out, her hazel eyes staring at her brother's bruised up face.
"Yes great warrior goddess Lena," Darius answered, he was looking at his sister. He wanted to know what was bothering her.
"Am I gonna be okay?" She asked.
This was a question that would have scared Darius in the past, but now he was sure that there was no way for anything to happen to her.
Darius hugged his sister, he wanted to let her know that nothing was going to happen.
"You will be fine, nothing will happen to you."
