Brinda
Seeing Marshall stand in front of me again, the strength I had gathered all these while just drained out of my body. Sweat glistened on my brow and my heart couldn't stop beating fast like a freight train.
“How is this possible? I pushed you myself.” There was a rapid vibration in my voice.
He shot me a sarcastic glance as he said, “That was what you think. Yes, you did push me off the cliff but… Here I am. Ta-da! You must have hit rock bottom.”
“Brinda… Don't fall for it. He is trying to trap you.” Bullet said with a tone devoid of emotion but my mind was faraway from where I was.
Is this the same person who promised that I would get over these same men?
“Brinda!” Bullet's voice came cracking like thunder, shaking the air. She shoved me to the left and a few seconds later, I heard her grunting.
As I turned, I saw Alice behind me. Her face was twisted in a snarl. Her hands, raised slightly above my head and she was ready to make me her prey.
