Chapter Thirty Five: Famine

One of the Four Horsemen

Famine is the embodiment of endless hunger, thirst, and desperation. He does not simply take food and water—he makes it so that no amount of consumption can satisfy. The more one eats, the hungrier they become; the more they drink, the drier their throat feels. Even the strongest warriors wither into nothing, their bodies failing them as their minds descend into madness.

His presence alone is enough to make crops rot, water turn to dust, and livestock collapse from starvation. Entire civilizations fall into ruin under his gaze, their people devouring each other in a desperate bid to survive.

Traits & Abilities:

Endless Hunger – No food or drink will ever satisfy those affected by his power. They will continue to consume and consume, yet never feel full.

Decay's Touch – Anything he touches rots away, turning to dust in mere moments. Even magical food and water cannot withstand his influence.

The Withering Ring – His power is contained in a greenish-reddish ring. While removing it won't stop his influence entirely, it will weaken him, forcing him to rely on his physical form.

The Whisper of Despair – He can manipulate the minds of the starving, convincing them to turn on their own, making them believe that survival comes at any cost.
