Blue Lightning

The window too the room the whole plan making team was at crash asn broke open, as Cecilus arrived as spreed his hand. "The Blue Lightning is here, Lugunica".

As then ever fucking weapon in the room was pointed at him, as it took everyone 5 seconds too recognise who this man is.

Subaru blinked, processing what just happened. "Did this guy just Kool-Aid Man his way in here?"

Cecilus, completely unfazed by the pointed weapons, smirked. "Now, now, that's no way to greet a guest, is it? I simply couldn't resist making a dramatic entrance! The stars willed it!"

Priscilla narrowed her eyes, gripping her sword. "Cecilus Segmunt… the so-called 'Blue Lightning.' What business do you have in my presence?"

Cecilus placed a hand on his chest, his expression still playful. "Oh, dear princess, do not be so cold! I've heard news that the Sword Saint and Kararagi's strongest swordsman have gone missing. That, my friends, is simply unacceptable!" He turned toward Subaru, his blue eyes sparkling with intrigue. "And you must be Natsuki Subaru. I've read your work. The so-called 'Naruto.' Quite the tale. So tell me… how do you plan to save our missing heroes?"

Subaru exhaled sharply. "Great, another wild card…"

[Echidna then spoke in his mind. "I told you. This is going to be a mess."]

[Typhon added, **"But it's gonna be fun!"]

Subaru sighed. "Alright, Blue Lightning. If you're here to help, then sit down and listen. We've got one hell of a mess to clean up."

Emilia then finally processed what Cecilus said. "Wait Subaru your Rusa".

Subaru looked at him as he spoke. "Not the time to talk about the book I wrote that everyone is Obsessed with".

Priscilla then looked at him, as she pulled out the Volume 1 of Naruto out of no where, as she basically teleported Infront him, as she has stars in her eyes. "Your Rusa, I have looking for you sense I read this book, I would like too apologise what I said in the royal court, please tell me what happens in Volume 3"

Subaru then spoke in his head. "How the hell does Cecilus know I wrote the book".

[Pandora then spoke in his head. "Because the Top 5 swordman in the world are stupidly smart, Reinhard isn't the only one]

Subaru sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose. "Okay, first of all, not the time. Second, how the hell is everyone in this world so obsessed with Naruto? And third—wait, Priscilla, why do you care?!"

Priscilla's eyes still sparkled as she clutched the book. "Because it is art, commoner. A masterpiece of the written word! The trials of the boy Naruto, the tragedy of Sasuke—every page is drenched in fate's cruel hand. As someone chosen by the stars, I must know what happens next!"

Cecilus grinned, leaning against the wall. "I knew it. Only a mind like yours could write such a thing, Rusa." He chuckled. "Even I was drawn into the tale. It was exhilarating! But... I must admit, I was rather frustrated when I couldn't find the next volume. Such an incomplete story weighs on my heart, you see."

Emilia, still catching up, gasped. "So Subaru… you really wrote that book?"

Subaru threw his hands up. "Yes! Fine! I wrote it! Big deal! But we have way more important things to worry about right now, like Reinhard and Halibel being missing, and not the fictional adventures of a ninja kid!"

Cecilus smirked. "Oh, but isn't it all connected? The stars have led me here, to the man behind the story. And if you are the one devising a plan, then surely, it will be as brilliant as your writing."

Subaru stared blankly at him. "Okay, now you're just messing with me."

[Echidna then spoke in his mind. "See? I told you publishing that book would come back to haunt you."]

[Typhon giggled. "But it's fun! I like these guys!"]

Subaru sighed again. "Whatever. Just—sit down, Cecilus. We have a kingdom to save."

Felt then spoke looking at everyone. "Can everyone please fucking shut up, and get back too plan too save Reinhard".

Gareth patter her head as he looked at everyone. "Sorry for her, she really misses Reinhard, and still believes it her fault".

Subaru sighed, rubbing his temples. "Alright, alright. Back to the plan. We have a literal Mabeast of Black Smoke that kidnapped Reinhard and Halibel, and we need to figure out how to get them back."

Felt clenched her fists, her voice quieter but firm. "We're wasting time. Reinhard ain't dead. I know he ain't. But if we don't move fast, that thing might make sure he is."

Gareth nodded. "Agreed. Subaru, you were saying something about Yin magic?"

Subaru straightened up. "Right. The Mabeast of Black Smoke was an early prototype of the three Great Mabeasts. That means it has a weakness: Yin magic. Problem is, Reinhard and I are the only natural Yin users in Lugunica—"

"And me," Priscilla interrupted, crossing her arms. "My Divine Blessing of the Sun lets me use limited Yin magic, and my sword is infused with it."

Subaru blinked. "Okay, that helps. But even with the two of us, we still don't have enough Yin users to launch a full-scale attack."

Cecilus grinned, resting his sword on his shoulder. "Then let's find more. The stars wouldn't have led me here otherwise."

Subaru groaned. "And how exactly do we 'find more' Yin mages? They aren't just growing on trees!"

Then, as if answering his frustration, a voice echoed from the doorway. "Perhaps I can be of assistance?"

Everyone turned as a woman in a dark cloak stepped forward, her silver hair glinting in the dim light. A knowing smirk played on her lips as she met Subaru's gaze.

"It's been a while, Subaru."

Subaru's eyes widened. "…Shaule?!"

Emilia looked at Shaule as she spoke. "Wait Shul-".

Shaule then spoke looking at her as she spoke. "No I ma not Shaula from your history book, I am not Flugle student, just because my name is smiler to her, you the 17th person today".

Elsa looked at her as he spoke. "Subaru how did you meet they girl".

Subaru looked at her as he spoke. "Random chance, when first publish Naruto First Volume the Test bath, Regis put in the store where the test copy's were too see if someone will buy them, and she was the first one to buy a copy, as said 'This will bought like crazy'".

Julius then spoke looking at her. "And how can you help us".

Shaule smirked as she spoke. "Because I am Yang mage, as for why your haven't heard of you, I not from Lugunica, I only came here for the vacation"

Anastasia looked as she spoke she looked at Subaur. "What kind of luck do you have".

Subaru crossed his arms, looking up at the ceiling in exasperation. "Honestly? At this point, I don't even know if it's luck or just the world messing with me."

Shaule chuckled. "Well, whatever it is, it brought me here, and I'm willing to help. Yang magic users are rare, and if you need one, then count me in."

Julius nodded. "That makes three Yang magic users now. It's still not enough for a full-scale assault, but it's a start."

Cecilus grinned, flipping his sword in his hand. "Then it seems the stars have aligned once more! We have the power of Yang, the greatest warriors of Lugunica, and, of course, me! The Blue Lightning! Surely, victory is inevitable!"

Subaru sighed. "Yeah, yeah. Let's not celebrate yet. We need an actual strategy."

Felt looked at the gathered group, determination burning in her eyes. "Whatever we do, we need to do it fast. Reinhard and Halibel are still out there, and I refuse to sit around and let them die."

Subaru nodded. "Then let's get to work. We've got a Mabeast to take down."

Shaule then spoke. "Actually I do sense anothee Yang mage, but he doesn't know his magic type".

Subaru then spoke in his mind. "Why do I feel like I already know who this is".

After a while a kid was brought in wear rags, he was confused, Subaru recognise this kid as the same one he helped when he first came too Lugunica as he spoke in his head."Ok what the hell".

[Echidna then spoke in his head. "At this point this is basically plot convince on real life]

(for Pele wondering this is the same Kid Subaru helped in either Ch 1 or Ch 2)

Emilia looked at Puck as she spoke. "Puck are you sure this is Yang mage"

Puck floated too her as he spoke. "Yup, I checked his magic affinity, do you have a name kid".

The kid looked as he spoke. "I don't remember".

Elsa recognise the kid, as she had seen him something when she does her job, her and Meili tryed too take but he keeps running Ways, so she gives a back to coin's one a week in his hiding spot, she supirse too see him

Julius then spoke a bit frustrated. "So our options for Yang Mages are Subaru, a foren mage (Shaule), This Kid and Priscilla who is only half a Yang mage".

Subaru then went too the kid as he spoke. "Lucifer, it means Morning star do you like".

The kid looked at him as he recognise Subaur as he spoke. "Y-yes".

Puck them spoken. "Alright let's give little Lucifer a bath and then we discuss pan while I try and cram as much Yin magic in his brain as possible".

Felt crossed her arms. "Alright, so we got four Yang mages, but is that really enough to take down this 'Black Smoke' thing?"

Shaula smirked. "Well, if we were normal mages, probably not. But with this group? We might just stand a chance."

Cecilus laughed. "That's the spirit! The more impossible the odds, the greater the victory!"

Subaru rubbed his temples. "We'll take what we can get. Puck, you and Shaula focus on training Lucifer. We don't need him to be a master, just good enough to contribute."

Puck nodded, floating over to the kid. "Leave it to me! By the time we're done, he'll be casting spells in his sleep."

Lucifer looked up at Subaru, gripping his ragged shirt. "You're really gonna let me help?"

Subaru ruffled the kid's hair. "Of course. You're one of us now."

Emilia smiled warmly. "We'll all be counting on you, Lucifer."

Lucifer nodded, determination in his eyes. "I won't let you down!"

Felt then cracked her knuckles. "Alright, now let's get back to planning. Reinhard and Halibel are waiting for us, and I don't plan on making them wait any longer."

Felt slammed her hands on the table. "Alright, we know what we need to do, but we don't have a lot of time. Lucifer, get cleaned up. Puck, Shaule, start his training. The rest of us will work out how to hit this 'Black Smoke' where it hurts."

Julius frowned, arms crossed. "Even with our Yin mages, we still don't know much about our enemy. If we don't understand how it works, our attacks might be useless."

Anastasia tapped her chin. "Then let's start there. We need information. Cecilus, you're fast—how quickly can you scout out where this thing might be hiding?"

Cecilus grinned, placing a hand on his sword. "For the great Cecilus Segmunt? Give me an hour."

Felt raised an eyebrow. "You serious?"

Cecilus shrugged. "Maybe two if I stop for a snack."

Subaru sighed. "Alright, fine. Just don't get yourself killed."

Cecilus laughed. "Please, I'm too awesome to die." He vanished in a blur of blue lightning, leaving sparks in his wake.

Meanwhile, in the Fake World

Reinhard and Halibal stood back-to-back, swords drawn as the dark creatures circled them. The air was thick with an eerie fog, making it hard to see too far ahead.

Halibal huffed, gripping his sword tighter. "I swear, these things just keep coming. Any idea how to get out of here, Reinhard?"

Reinhard narrowed his eyes. "Not yet. But I don't intend to stay trapped forever."

A deep, echoing voice rumbled through the air.

"You are wasting your time, Sword Saint. You too, Swordsman of Kararagi. This world is your prison, and you will never escape."

Halibal scoffed. "Yeah? I'd like to see you try and keep us here."

Suddenly, the darkness around them shifted, forming into a massive beast with glowing red eyes. It let out a guttural growl before lunging toward them.

Reinhard stepped forward, Divine Blessings activating as his sword clashed against the beast's claws. Halibal swung from the side, cutting through the black mist, only for it to reform instantly.

Halibal cursed. "Okay, that's annoying."

Reinhard gritted his teeth. "We need a plan. We can't keep fighting these things forever."

Halibal exhaled sharply. "Then let's find a way to break this prison. The others have to be working on a way to save us. We just have to hold out until then."

Reinhard nodded. "Then we fight."

Back in Lugunica

Cecilus returned in record time, looking only mildly winded. "Alright, I got good news and bad news."

Subaru sighed. "Let me guess. The bad news is the 'Black Smoke' is a pain in the ass?"

Cecilus smirked. "Bingo. But the good news? I found where it's hiding."

Everyone's eyes widened.

Felt clenched her fists. "Then what are we waiting for? Let's go save Reinhard and Halibal!"

Subaru exhaled, looking at the Yin mages. "Alright, this is where things get serious. Shaule, Puck, Priscilla, Lucifer—you four are the key to this plan. Are you ready?"

Lucifer hesitated for only a moment before nodding, determination shining in his eyes. "I'm ready."

Subaru smiled. "Then let's bring them home."

Crusch then raiser hand as she spoke. "So just incase we fail, what is the worst case scenario".

Subaru looked as he spoke. "Will if we all and our army done die, the Black Smoke, we will see the after math, it is going too be pain the ass for everyone all the kingdoms and the world, at the same time Reinhard and Halibal may die if we fail, and Halibal dying means Kararagi is declare War on Lugunica they have sent sercer part to look for him, and if we do die that means Cecilus is also going too die, that is another country who wants a war with Lugunica, at the same time, all the 5 Royal Candidates are so yeah, basics we are all fucked in every way if we fell".

[Sekhmet then spoke in his head as she said lazy. "Return By Death checkpoint as been set here good luck love"]

Ding!

[Chnages of dying 90%, this chance can be lowered]

Subaru mentality closed the system only he can see. "So yeah that is what will happen if we fail".

He then with our anyone looking used a marker to make his right hand, just one line.

Silence filled the room. Everyone processed Subaru's words, their expressions darkening.

Anastasia sighed, rubbing her temples. "Well, that's the worst-case scenario. Great. Thanks for that."

Wilhelm tightened his grip on his sword. "Then failure is not an option."

Felt looked around, then nodded. "Alright, then let's make sure we win."

Julius exhaled sharply. "We need a strategy that guarantees victory. No unnecessary risks."

Subaru didn't respond immediately. Instead, he glanced down at the small line he had drawn on his right hand with the marker—a subtle reminder to himself that this was his starting point.

'Return by Death checkpoint set… which means this is it.'

He clenched his fist.

Sekhmet yawned in his mind. ["You're not even going to complain? That's new."]

Subaru replied internally. ["No point in complaining. I already knew this was going to be a pain in the ass."]

He looked up, forcing a confident smirk. "Alright, then let's get to work. We've got an army to prepare, a monster to kill, and a couple of idiots to rescue."

Ding!

[Chance of dying: 88%]

Subaru mentally scoffed. 'Great. Two percent down. Only 88 to go.'
