The little beast

The hum of the freezer unit sputtered and died, leaving a chilling silence in its wake. Kai's eyelids fluttered, then snapped open. A wave of disorientation washed over him, the cold biting at his skin. He sat up, his limbs stiff and aching, and looked around the cramped, metallic space. Beside him, a girl stirred, her long, dark hair a tangled mess.

"Where… where are we?" she mumbled, her voice thick with sleep.

"I don't know," Kai replied, his voice hoarse. "But something's wrong."

He helped her sit up, and she blinked, her eyes widening as she took in their surroundings. "Who are you? What happened?" she asked, a flicker of fear in her voice.

Kai's gaze fell upon a dusty monitor and a nearby VHS tape. He pressed play, and the screen flickered to life, displaying grainy footage of a chaotic cityscape, explosions, and terrifying, insectoid figures. A voice, strained and desperate, filled the small space.

"…they came without warning… overwhelming… we tried… but it was no use… Project Lazarus… our last hope… two subjects… cryogenically frozen… if anyone is listening… you are the only ones left…" The tape ended with a static hiss.

The girl, whose name Kai didn't know yet, gasped, her hand flying to her mouth. "They're gone… everyone's gone?"

As she leaned forward to grab a stale piece of bread from a nearby shelf, a blush crept up her neck. She froze, her eyes widening. Kai followed her gaze, and his own face flushed crimson. They were both completely naked.

"Oh my god!" she whispered, her cheeks burning. She scrambled for a discarded pair of tattered panties, quickly pulling them on. "Where are our clothes?"

"I… I don't know," Kai stammered, equally embarrassed. "Maybe they… they took them when they put us in here?"

"This is… this is mortifying," she mumbled, her eyes darting around the small space.

"You can... feel free," Kai said, trying to sound reassuring, though his own cheeks were still burning. "We need to focus on what's important."

She nodded, her expression grim. "Right. We need to find out what happened, and how to survive."

They began to search the bunker, finding a few more supplies: canned food, a first-aid kit, and a couple of rusty knives. But no clothes.

"We can't stay here," Kai said, his voice firm. "We need to find out what's out there."

"But… what if they're still out there?" she asked, her voice trembling slightly.

"Then we'll face them together," Kai replied, his gaze meeting hers. "We're all we have left."

They exited the bunker, the heavy steel door groaning as it swung open. The world outside was a desolate wasteland. The sky was a sickly grey, and the ruins of the city stretched as far as the eye could see. The silence was broken only by the whistling wind and the crunch of their bare feet on the debris-strewn ground. They began their journey, two naked figures in a ruined world, their survival hanging by a thread. The stark, gray landscape stretched before them, a silent testament to the devastation. The girl, her face pale, suddenly stopped. "I... I need to..." she stammered, gesturing towards a crumbling wall.

Kai nodded, understanding. "Go ahead. I'll keep watch."

She disappeared behind the wall, and Kai scanned the desolate surroundings, his senses on high alert. A moment later, a strangled gasp echoed from behind the wall. He rushed over, his heart pounding.

She was standing there, her face contorted in a mixture of fear and confusion, her eyes wide with terror. "Kai... something's wrong," she whispered, her voice trembling.

"What is it?" he asked, his hand instinctively reaching for the rusty knife he'd found.

"I... I was..." she hesitated, her cheeks flushing. "I was peeing, and... and I felt something... something enterd inside me."

Kai's brow furrowed. "Entered inside you? What do you mean?"

She lifted her shirt, revealing a small, almost imperceptible bulge in her lower abdomen. "I felt it... moving. A small... tentacle, I think."

Kai's eyes widened. "A tentacle? Inside you?"

"Yes! It's... it's still moving," she said, her voice rising in panic. "I can feel it!"

"We need to get it out," Kai said, his mind racing. "But how?"

"I don't know," she cried, clutching her stomach. "What if it's… what if it's laying eggs or something?"

The thought sent a shiver down Kai's spine. The idea of an alien creature gestating inside her was horrifying. "We need to find something... something that can help us. A medical kit, anything.

"But what if it's too late?" she sobbed, her eyes filled with fear. "What if it's already… already…"

"Don't say that," Kai said, his voice firm. "We're not going to give up. We'll find a way to get it out. We have to."

He looked around the ruined landscape, his eyes searching for any sign of shelter, any sign of hope. "We need to find somewhere safe, somewhere we can figure this out."

The girl nodded, her face still pale with fear. "But what if… what if it's spreading?" she asked, her voice barely a whisper. "What if it's already too late?"Kai's mind raced. He knew they were in a desperate situation, and drastic measures were needed. "Lay down," he instructed, his voice firm but gentle. "Lift your skirt."

She obeyed, her eyes wide with a mixture of fear and trust. He knelt beside her, his gaze fixed on the small bulge in her abdomen. He knew this was risky, but he couldn't think of any other way.

"I'm going to try to reach it," he said, his voice low. "It might be painful."

He slowly, cautiously, pushed his hand into her rectum. She gasped, her body tensing. "It's... it's cold," she whispered, her voice trembling.

"I know," he replied, his focus unwavering. "Try to relax."

"It's not deep enough," she said, her voice strained. "You need to go deeper."

He hesitated, a wave of uncertainty washing over him. This was uncharted territory, a desperate gamble. But he knew he had to try. He pushed further, his fingers probing the soft tissue. He felt something small and slick, a foreign object moving within her. With a surge of determination, Kai's fingers closed around the slick, alien tentacle. It writhed and pulsed, a foreign presence in her body. He gripped it tightly, his knuckles white, and began to pull. Slowly, painstakingly, he extracted the creature, inch by agonizing inch. The girl gasped and whimpered, her body trembling with the strain.

Finally, with a wet, sticky substance, the tentacle emerged. It was small, no bigger than his hand, but its surface shimmered with an unsettling, iridescent sheen. Kai reacted instinctively, crushing the creature beneath his heel, its alien life extinguished in an instant.

As the tension released, a sudden warmth spread across the girl's legs. The pressure, the fear, the sheer strangeness of the situation, had overwhelmed her bladder. A stream of urine flowed freely, soaking her thighs and the ground beneath her.

A wave of embarrassment washed over her, her cheeks flushing crimson. She averted her gaze, her voice barely a whisper. "Oh my god... I'm so sorry..."

Kai, equally flustered, quickly looked away. The unexpected release had taken him completely by surprise. He stammered, "It's… it's okay. It's… it's understandable." He knew he needed to diffuse the situation. "The important thing is, it's gone."

He tried to ignore the warmth spreading across his own bare feet, and instead concentrated on the now dead alien tentacle. "We should move, and try to find some water to clean up....
