"Where are you taking me?" Jazmine Harris asked as the car sped through the streets.

"You promised I could take you to the terrace of the Sunset Square in the future," Sebastian Crowne replied, his voice smooth and unwavering. "Why not go there today and find a better spot for tomorrow?"

"I don't recall making any such promise," Jazmine remarked, her eyes narrowing slightly. This President Crowne—the so-called 'Devil' in business circles—was nothing like the ruthless man she had heard about in rumors.

"You said I lived up to my reputation," she continued. "But I can't say the same about you."

Sebastian glanced at her, amusement flickering in his gaze. "The version of me you see… is not the one I show to the rest of the world."

"Should I be flattered by that?" Jazmine laughed, shaking her head.
