Have you ever been caught between the tension of two handsome guys who are fighting to marry you at the same time and you're the cause for these chaos? Except you weren't that famous and you were probably a teenage depressed girl, or in some rare cases a boy caught between a love triangle of other two boys. That is what Vivienne was facing. Add to the list, the messy press that was present getting live footage enjoying every moment of this scandal.
Adrian didn't reply to Damian and the next thing he did, caught everyone by surprise, even Vivienne.
Adrian completely ignored Damian and he proceeded by extending his right hand to Vivienne's waist, slowly pulling Vivienne close to his chest, just close enough for Vivienne to breathe a little and they turned to face the guests.
Adrian raised his microphone close enough to his mouth and he said with a mocking tone, "I DO, Ms. Vivienne Lancaster," shifting his gaze from the guests, directly to Vivienne. He looked at her so intensely, it was as if he had been waiting for this moment for the longest time since time immemorial. Was that answer 'I do' a slight mockery to Damian? Because he said it with a little smile at the end, one that did not look like happiness but rather of a mission that had been accomplished.
Vivienne slowly moved her right hand back behind her after she heard what Adrian said, tugging at her other fingers to push out the engagement ring that Damian put on her a week before the party, she was tugging hard at it with so much effort, she didn't care anymore about Damian, even though she couldn't completely erase the love she had for him at the moment, in her mind she said to herself, 'That ring has to go.' And with another stroke of effort, the ring finally fell on the floor catching Damian's attention.
'Vivienne has removed the engagement ring I gave to her? This is bad, what if the press notices? I have to do something' Damian thought. He decided enough was enough, he was going to regain back his dominance, right there, he had to, or else he was risking the fate of the public clowning him and his family.
He moved to forcefully grab the microphone from Adrian at the same time putting his left hand on Vivienne's waist to try and embarrass Adrian hoping to reverse the situation but 'oh boy' was he wrong. He tripped on his toes and fell off the edge of the podium and straight to the marble floors where the guests were situated.
If Michael Whitmore wasn't embarrassed before, he was now. Talk about the press swarming on both sides of the hall taking pictures of him writhing in agony, even security couldn't stop that.

"What the fuck was that Damian? You humiliated me today, what were you even thinking?" Michael Whitmore aggressively said to him.
They were now at the Whitmore Manor, a palatial house that was filled with cubicle light bulbs above, with shiny granite floors. The house had minimalistic décor that made it look so luxurious.
"Dad, what would you have me do? Let that bimbo rat Adrian embarrass me in front of everyone? I had to do something." Damian said pacing, holding a glass of liquor to calm his nerves, but all it did was make him act out more. It appeared that he had not been injured after his fall from the podium but the public scrutiny that was about to come after that would be intolerable.
"You pathetic little brat, do you have any idea what you have just done? The damage this will cause to our names? The name of this family?" said his Dad. He really wanted to beat Damian so bad, for the way he handled that whole scenario. Damian was just lucky he was too old to fight.
"Dad, that was just a minor incident, we've faced worse, you don't even need to worry about it," said Damian ignoring the weight of the matter at hand and that pissed off his father even more because Damian didn't seem to understand the consequences they were going to face after that, he couldn't stand him anymore.
"I'm talking about losing international deals Damian and here you are behaving like a thug master puppet who has just lost 1 gram of Cocaine, are you dumb? If this falls on me, I swear to you Damian, you are not coming out of this unscathed," he said bitterly. "At least tell me you got to trick that bitch Vivienne into signing off the papers last week of her father's company to you?" he asked hoping for a minor rebound.
"Yes, Dad, she did, at least now we have the Lancaster's wealth in our hands, she doesn't know it yet."

At the Lancaster Manor, Vivienne's car arrived first, then followed her step-mother's Annie and Carla her half-sister. As she entered their palatial house which had a unique interior compared to the Whitmore's. Theirs had an Inlay and Mosaic flooring that was often seen in Royal palaces and ballrooms with grand crystal chandeliers mainly from Swarovski that were gold-plated. Filled with rich detailed velvet chesterfield sofas that gave the sense of a classic home.
Annie was onto Vivienne hurriedly trying to catch up to her and when they were finally all in the house, she confronted Vivienne, "What was that Vivienne? I thought you had so much of a sense left in you but it turns out I was wrong, you are just like your father. What was that move you pulled at the party?" she asked her forcefully.
"I did what needed to be done, step-mother." Vivienne turned to face them but she didn't care about what they thought.
"You embarrassed us in front of the people who respected us the most, what will become of us?" Carla chimed in.
"Carla, you should know better about telling me what to do, knowing very will what you had planned just after that ceremony ended, try that again, and I will kill you myself." Vivienne was mad, very mad. It was because of the stunt Carla tried that made Vivienne want to choke her right there.
Carla was startled, and her mother was even more startled coming to the realization of what Carla meant at the party when she said, 'Vivienne was going to be gone sooner than she expected.' and all Annie could think of was 'what a smart girl, why didn't she think of that before?' Wicked.
"You tried to have me killed Carla and if it wasn't for the guard that took that shot in my place, I would have been dead, thankfully Adrian already caught on to your plans and your sniper friend is currently in custody, if I were you, I would be in my room trying out outfits of the orange overalls to my grand entrance at the prison gates, once he testifies that you were the handler."
