In Neon Mirage, a city where the neon lights never dim and the corporations own your soul, I, Ryker Bale, was just another corporate drone at NeuroTech Dynamics—until I got fired. Not for incompetence, mind you, but because of a little brain implant called the CogniSync Processor. Supposed to make me a data-crunching god, but instead? It started showing me things. Glitching reality, lines of code floating at the edges of my vision like some twisted developer’s notes on my life.



Now, jobless, broke, and questioning reality itself, I find myself tangled in a web of cyber-gangs, underground syndicates, and corporate conspiracies. One drunken night leads to a chance encounter with Skaya, a woman with cybernetic eyes and too many secrets. And Danny—my old friend—seems to be in deep with people you don’t cross if you like your limbs attached.
