The battlefield erupted with a violent explosion as the clash of multiple elemental Chakras sent shockwaves through the air. In the midst of the chaos, Ginkaku rushed forward with a crazed grin, wielding the Seven-Star Sword and heading straight for Kenichi, who was still disguised as Uchiha Izuna.
"Water Style: Hard Vortex Water Blade!" Tobirama's voice rang out as he teleported beside Kenichi, thrusting his blade forward. The spiraling water blade met the Seven-Star Sword in a clash of power, sending a wave of force outward.
Kenichi quickly formed hand seals, flames rising in his throat. "Fire Style: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet!"
A roaring fire dragon surged forward, crossing over Tobirama's position and shooting straight toward Ginkaku.
"Brother!"
A golden rope shot out, wrapping around Ginkaku and pulling him back just in time. At the same moment, Kinkaku swung the Banana Fan, and towering earth walls rose in rapid succession. The fire dragon crashed through several layers before finally dissipating.
"Damn it!" Ginkaku spat as he steadied himself. "I'll take care of them now. Red Gourd!"
From within his cloak, he pulled out the massive red gourd, its surface pulsating ominously. The gourd's mouth opened, releasing a powerful suction force aimed directly at Tobirama.
Tobirama gritted his teeth as the force of the gourd dragged him toward it. His body, already weakened from the prolonged battle, struggled to resist.
Just when it seemed he would be consumed, a firm grip caught his arm.
"Izuna!"
Tobirama turned and saw Kenichi's Shadow Clone holding him in place while the real Kenichi and another clone finished forming hand seals.
"Fire Style: Triple Fire Dragon Flame Bullet!"
Three massive fire dragons roared out once more, intertwining mid-air before morphing into three demonic figures that lunged toward Ginkaku.
"Damn this Ninjutsu again!" Ginkaku cursed, hurriedly sealing the red gourd and retreating.
Kinkaku reacted swiftly, waving the Banana Fan to summon another elemental storm to counteract the attack. The resulting explosion lit up the battlefield, sending a shockwave through the surrounding trees.
Through the smoke, Tobirama caught his breath. His sharp mind, however, was already analyzing the situation. Something was off. Why hadn't Izuna used the Sharingan's abilities?
Kenichi, on the other hand, clenched his fists. "Not enough… I still don't have enough power."
His voice was barely above a whisper, but Tobirama's trained ears caught it.
A thought clicked in his mind. "Could it be…? Izuna was revived recently and hasn't regained his full strength yet?"
It made sense. Even his own research into Edo Tensei had revealed that bringing back the dead often left them weaker initially.
Ginkaku turned to his brother. "Brother, do we keep fighting like this? These two are annoying together. And Tobirama's men have already run off. If they bring reinforcements, it could be trouble."
Kinkaku frowned but didn't respond immediately. Instead, he asked, "What do you think, brother?"
That was always their dynamic. Ginkaku came up with the ideas, and Kinkaku made the decisions.
Ginkaku's lips curled. "Let's use that power directly."
Kinkaku grinned. "Agreed."
At that moment, a terrifyingly dark Chakra erupted from both brothers, washing over the battlefield like a tidal wave of malice. A crimson aura flared around their bodies, their violent Chakra intensifying to monstrous levels.
Tobirama's expression darkened. "That's… the Nine Tails' Chakra!"
Kenichi's eyes flickered with intrigue. He had read about this. The Golden and Silver Brothers had devoured part of Kurama's flesh and gained his Chakra.
He suddenly had an idea. If his Chakra Sealing Techniques could seal his own and others' Chakra, then… could it also work on a tailed beast's power?
He turned to Tobirama. "Toby, I have a plan."
Tobirama arched a brow. "Plan?"
Memories of their past battles flashed in his mind. Back then, Hashirama and Madara were both reckless in battle, while he and Izuna had been the ones strategizing behind the scenes.
Tobirama smirked. "Alright. Just tell me what to do."
Kenichi hadn't expected him to agree so quickly. Didn't Tobirama despise the Uchiha?
He pushed the thought aside as Ginkaku charged, his Seven-Star Sword crackling with Lightning Chakra. "Die, Konoha dogs!"
Tobirama sprang into action. "Water Style!" He unleashed a powerful current to halt Ginkaku's advance, but with the Nine Tails' Chakra reinforcing him, Ginkaku smashed through the water wall with ease.
With no other choice, Tobirama met the attack head-on with his sword.
Meanwhile, Kinkaku had locked onto Kenichi, golden rope in hand, ready to ensnare him. The Banana Fan was already lifted, prepared to unleash a devastating counterattack.
"Fire Style: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet!" Kenichi roared.
The attack blazed toward Kinkaku, but he simply smirked. "Too weak."
With the Nine Tails' Chakra augmenting him, he fanned the flames away with ease. His golden rope lashed out, coiling around Kenichi's throat.
"Got you!" Kinkaku sneered and yanked hard.
Kenichi's body exploded in a puff of smoke.
"A clone?!"
On the other side, Tobirama was struggling. Ginkaku's newfound strength made it impossible for him to overpower him directly.
"Flying Thunder God Slash!"
Tobirama suddenly vanished, reappearing behind Ginkaku, blade aiming for his spine.
"Useless!"
Ginkaku blocked the attack with the Seven-Star Sword, his strength overpowering Tobirama's already exhausted body.
Kunai and shuriken whizzed through the air, pelting Ginkaku's body.
The injuries were shallow, and with the Nine Tails' Chakra, he healed almost instantly. He laughed. "That won't even slow me down!"
Tobirama clicked his tongue.
"Then… what if it's me?"
The moment those words left Kenichi's mouth, Ginkaku's expression changed.
Among the kunai Tobirama had thrown earlier, one suddenly burst apart, revealing Kenichi hidden within.
"When?!"
Kenichi's lips curled. "Sorry, Naruto, Sasuke—I'm borrowing your tactics for now."
His hands formed a seal.
"Chakra Sealing Techniques!"
Ginkaku's pupils shrank in horror. Kenichi's palm pressed against his forehead, and a surge of sealing energy engulfed him.
In an instant, Ginkaku's monstrous Chakra flickered—then vanished entirely.
His body trembled as he collapsed to his knees.
Kenichi smirked. "I just sealed all your Chakra, including the Nine Tails'."
Kinkaku's eyes widened in shock as he realized his brother's power had been completely neutralized.
"Impossible…!"
End of the Chapter.
