Chapter: 7

One week had passed since Ben's Quirk had evolved, and in that time, he had trained relentlessly.

Under Dr. Shield's supervision, he honed his marksmanship, refining his shooting accuracy and reaction speed. But more importantly, he pushed his Quirk to its limits, creating and testing an arsenal of gadgets and weapons. Turrets, drones, energy-based weaponry he built them all, refining each design until they were efficient and reliable. The lab had become both his workshop and his training ground, a place where he could test his creations in controlled simulations.

But he hadn't just focused on himself.

Melissa, though brilliant, had always been limited by her lack of a Quirk. But Ben refused to let that define her. He spent hours training her in self-defense, teaching her how to disarm opponents, evade attacks, and use various tools to her advantage. She was a fast learner, her analytical mind making up for her lack of raw physical strength. And to ensure she had a true way to protect herself, he designed something special an advanced armor suit, lightweight yet durable, capable of enhancing her speed and agility while offering protection. He handed her the blueprints, and together, they worked on perfecting it.

Now, in the present, Ben was no longer just a test subject. He had become Melissa's official bodyguard, a role he took seriously. He wore a sleek, tactical suit fitted with light armor plating and a high-tech mask that concealed his identity. It allowed him to blend in when needed and strike fear when necessary. His reputation on I-Island was growing, not just as Melissa's protector, but as someone not to be underestimated.

Today, however, was different.

Melissa and Ben were on their way to meet two very important guests All Might and a young hero-in-training named Izuku Midoriya.

Standing near the entrance of Shield Laboratories, Ben adjusted his gloves as Melissa smiled beside him. The air was filled with a buzz of excitement after all, All Might was a living legend.

The doors slid open, and in stepped the towering figure of All Might, his signature grin in place, followed by a green-haired boy who looked both nervous and thrilled.

Melissa beamed. "Uncle Might! "

Ben, arms crossed, observed the two carefully. This meeting was going to be interesting.
