Chapter 4

The stadium was abuzz with fans of both AS Monaco and PSG. In the PSG youth team, on one of the benches, sat a man: Thomas Tuchel, the coach of the senior team. He was here today to check out the new youths at the insistence of Thiago Motta . Soon, the players entered, and he looked at the PSG youth team. One kid caught his eye; he was wearing number 17. He was tall, around 179 cm or 5'10". He looked to be around 16 to 17. The referee blew the whistle, and the match began. Thomas Tuchel watched as Julian Loki moved around the pitch like a predator. In the 8th minute, he made a gorgeous play. He received a pass before starting to dance around his opponents. Thomas almost gasped as he shot the ball, seemingly giving it to the enemy, but in a burst of speed, he was at the ball, spinning around a defender before shooting it into the net.PSG's side exploded, jumping up and down, cheering, "Loki! Loki! Loki!" He turned and kissed the PSG badge on his chest with a smirk. His teammates swarmed him, patting his back. AS Monaco's youth team made a counterattack which was brutally stopped by Loki, who, in a burst of speed, halted the attack in its tracks and made a gorgeous pass to his left winger, who received it before slamming the ball into the net. Soon enough, the referee sounded half-time. All the players walked out into their respective locker rooms. Loki sat at his bench, wiping sweat with a towel and drinking some water before the coach entered and shouted, "Alright, boys! That was a good first half, but you must not let up. Soccer is unpredictable; we must dominate this match!" Loki and his teammates shouted in unison, "Yes, Coach!" 

The second half began, and as Monaco pressed on the attack, attacking relentlessly, the PSG defense held firm, not letting them even get close to the penalty box. In one of the close calls, AS Monaco made an attack, but the PSG goalkeeper cleared it before rocketing the ball towards the striker's Loki. With his speed, he was at the ball before it even landed. He controlled it before making his way towards the AS Monaco Goal goalkeeper, who rushed out to meet him. Loki smirked before passing the ball through the goalkeeper's legs and walking into the net with the ball. he took a running start before sliding on his knees Before pointing his thumbs to his back smirking the whole time He was swarmed by his teammates while the cameras flashed. PSG fans were shouting and jumping up and down . Commentators were praising Loki on his skills and how incredible Loki was . For the rest of the match, Loki dominated, not giving AS Monaco a chance to even attack. The match ended 3-0 for PSG. Thomas nodded at Thiago Motta and walked out. Julian Loki was in for the senior team.

Loki sat down next to Thiago Motta, and the questions started. One reporter asked Loki, "How does it feel to play for the PSG youth team?" Loki smirked, "Incredible! It's such an honor. I know I will make it to the senior team." 

A second female reporter asked, "How old are you and what are your future plans?" Loki answered, "I'm 16. For my future plans, I plan to stay at PSG and help the team win all trophies I can before moving on to a bigger stage. I want to play for the national team and help my country win the World Cup." 

The third reporter asked Loki, "Why did you choose PSG Youth Academy?" Loki shrugged. "It's the best, honestly, at least in France, and it was most convenient." He smirked before standing up and walking out. 

As Loki entered the locker room, he was surprised as his teammates started pouring water on him. He chuckled, a little annoyed, but he let it go quickly. He walked over to his bench and saw the Man of the Match award. He smirked, posed, and one of his teammates took a photo and after posting it on his Instagram. Loki smirked as he looked at the picture. He was now in his dorm; his teammates were in a restaurant celebrating. He was invited to go as well, but he refused. The post was blowing up since some of his teammates and PSG Profile shared it. Before the post , he had 800 followers; now, he was at 2,000 followers. He was called by his family, and after talking to them for a good while, about 40 minutes, he hung up and decided to order something good to eat. Opening an app, he ordered Japanese food: sushi rolls, salmon rolls, tuna, and smoked salmon. He smirked as he placed the order and then started watching some videos on YouTube to pass the time after the order arrived. After paying, he started eating; it had been a while since he had sushi. He finished eating and cleaned his table before laying down to watch a movie. 

He fell asleep towards the end of the movie. The next morning, after doing his morning routine, he had breakfast and was called to Thiago Motta's office. He entered and sat down, seeing Thomas Tuchel. Thomas spoke as he and Loki shook hands. "Julian Loki, it's nice to meet you." "You as well, sir," Loki answered. Thomas spoke, "I will get to the point. You're in the senior team. The contract will be here soon. Can you call your parents or guardian to oversee the procedure?" Loki called his mom, who immediately started driving. In 20 minutes, she arrived just in time for the contract to be brought out.They all sat around the table; the negotiations started. They talked about the clauses regarding using Loki's name, likeness, and voice for advertisement and that stuff . They discussed Loki bonuses for scoring a goal and for assists. Finally, they ariwed Loki's salary. Since PSG wanted to keep him, they offered a staggering amount of 30k euros; this will increase as time passes. If he continued to impress, it would increase his chances of getting the number 17 and position as striker...
