Where They Cry

God of Wonder, God of Light, father to the holy ones, and creator of life. Exalted above all things he and his angels were guardians of the universe. Or so they said. Humans and their fickle imagination, they worship what they cannot fathom, they follow what they cannot see. An ancient force, an elden horror. It bordered their reality. It existed amongst them yet it did not, it was everything, and it was nothing, and all that was in between. Another world, another God, another presence. This cannot be, they cannot coexist. But for a heavy price, they did. God of Wonder, God of Light. Who is holier? Who is right? God of Darkness, God of Night. Too afraid to rebel... though he might.
