Renji stood with his arms crossed, staring at the handmade business card the boys had given him.
It was decorated with flowers, doodles of a cat, a tiger, and a puppy, and, in the corner, a phone number written in bold, uneven letters.
He raised an eyebrow. "Why don't you get a proper business number?"
Riku puffed out his chest proudly. "We already have one!"
Leo nodded excitedly. "And we spent ALL night making these cards!"
Haru held up a stack of them, grinning. "See? We made a LOT!"
Renji sighed. "…These aren't exactly professional."
But before he could lecture them, the boys rushed off to hand out the cards.
Sharing Their Dream
They ran from table to table, placing cards in customers' hands.
"Please visit our café again!""Call us if you ever get lost!""We make the best coffee in town!"
Their bright smiles and pure enthusiasm made even the most serious businessmen chuckle.
One man, dressed in an expensive suit, looked down at the hand-drawn card, then at the boys.
With a small smirk, he pulled out his wallet and handed them a tip.
"Here. For your hard work."
The boys stared at the money in shock.
Then—
Together, in perfect synchronization, they bowed deeply.
"THANK YOU SO MUCH!!"
Their voices rang through the café.
The entire place fell silent.
And then—
Laughter.
Customers clapped. Some even took out their wallets to tip them too.
The boys cheered happily, jumping around like excited puppies.
Renji watched it all.
For the first time in years…
He felt like he was watching something pure. Something real.
And for some reason…
He didn't mind it at all.
