Chapter 23 : Changes

The development of the uzushio was at a rapid pace compared.

The people are all energetic and some decided to develop in different directions from ninjas with their chakra and soon there was a mind-blowing changes for example the houses were being built by civilians with ninja capability.

Some decided to focus on agriculture and started to pour water on their farms with chakra and after few failures and he got the hang of chakra control plus water element with precision and could seamlessly irrigate his farm without waiting for rains.

He even started work with his water element and it flourished.

The uzukage was was wondering if his decision of stockpiling food from other nations was a nonsense.

Even the elders were shocked by the people of their village and for the first time saw that chakra was not just killing and techniques but this didn't stop them from improving themselves for the worst future.

The Uzukage was proud of his decision because he thought that his decision might lead in unexpected situation but it lead to an unexpected situation but in a good way.

He was not expecting the people to to creative with chakra within two years, what if it was twenty years.

He was getting good news after good news lately and even his face was shining with happiness. He thought why would the nations fight for resources? if they just use chakra in similar way to that of his village uses there would be no wars.

Some were using earth element for constructions and roadsides for carriages

to arrive safely and go safely.

In just two years of generalising the usage

of chakra the uzushio village was in a track f evolution.

People were just getting stronger without even fighting in their own daily usage of chakra and their chakra capacity was increasing as grow older.

Uzushio might soon be called the nation of superhumans not ninjas because the civilians use chakra like the ninjas.

So Uzukage also announced that when ever I say behave like civilians that knows how to not manipulate chakra because when I say that, it means there might be spies or outsiders came to the village.

And he would not want their information to spread in the elemental nations just yet, so all those who learned chakra complied and even stated to remain in their houses if they needed be.

And that happened at most three times because the Uzukage was trying to slowly isolate the island until they can force back three nations at once. So apart from the most merchants that trade with uzumaki clan that cannot perceive chakra, there were three visits in total.

Twice from Konoha that wanted to buy seals as always and once from Iwagakure who also wanted to make deals with Uzushiogakure but that did not go well.

The surprising thing was that the Uzukage also forbid the Uzushio ninjas from wandering outside even for missions apart from the Uzukage's Anbu that carries out the spying missions of the uzumaki clan.

Both the village and the ninjas in the village were thriving but the ninjas was feeling pressure from the Uzukage and they were forced to level up their training by several levels.

Almost every ninja that was special jounin became a full fledged jounin and many jounins became elite jounin.

The Uzukage was also slowly distancing himself from Konoha's involvement and many of the Uzumaki clan ninjas that used

to do missions with konoha stopped doing that.

The elders also saw one fact from the dream that I told them and saw many of Senju Clan disappearing for no reason and many them dying in a simple missions like escorting and they were enraged.
