Chapter three - BLUE STAR

"B-blue star?" Zayne shrugged, "Where is that?" Lexa Vaughn shook her head. "Only if I knew."

Lexa had woken up only to find the their Jet in a wreck. For some reason, everywhere had a bright blue glow. She tried waking her boys up, but they wouldn't budge, so she went off herself to check the nearest surrounding first. She asked for their location and was a bit surprised by the unfamiliar name she heard.

At first, she was even Surprised that no one recognized her at first glance there, maybe she thought this was an uncivilized village on earth, but no, she was wrong, very wrong.

Damian yawned as he started walking forward. "Cmon, let's find something to eat and a way to return home."

The team went silent, watching him as he trudged forward. In the end they started following him, they couldn't stand there forever. "So where are we headed for now?" Leo asked. Damian shook his head, "Coach would take us to where she saw civilization." Lexa nodded her head, this was the most she could do for now.

They walked on in silence, most of their belongings were missing. Just a few items was still in their possession. Ethan Sighed. "If we could find our phones, then might the situation would have been lighter."

Lexa shrugged, "I wonder how this team went from winning the Champions league title for the third time in a row to now to being in an alien colony."

A few moments later, they saw a huge crowd gathered up front, they were also hearing voices. Lucas furrowed his brows. "You said we're in a world called Blue Star?" Lexa nodded. Ethan kept staring ahead, "they look pretty human to me."

Max rolled his eyes. "Of course they aren't meant to have horns, are they?" Ethan turned to Max. "Hey, kiddo, this isn't a cartoon..." his voice was cut off by the loud announcement that ensued. "What's that?" Riley asked. Zayne's eyes lit up. "A football Competition…Sort of." Damian Smiled. "Perfect way to earn Cool Cash."

"Let's move Closer." Lexa Said. They heard the lady who was making the announcement even clearer now. It was indeed a football competition.

The lady noticed them staring at her and she quickly turned her attention to them. "Hello! There's Just one spot left, It seems you came from a distant land?"

Lexa nodded and stepped forward. "My Name Is Alexa Vaughn, and I am the Coach of this team, how do we participate in the competition?"

The lady nodded. "Very well, I am the host of the competition, you can read the rules and requirements over there." She pointed to a board containing the rules in one corner.

"We'll be right back." Lexa Said, walking towards the board.

Tournament Name: The Celestial Cup

The Celestial Cup is a prestigious local tournament on Blue Star, where the best street footballers compete for honor, survival, and recognition. For Earth's team, it's their first step into this new world—a chance to win money, food, and perhaps even answers about their situation.

Tournament Format & Rules:

1. Entry Requirements:

Each team must have a minimum of seven players (7v7 format).

The entry fee must be paid upfront—Earth's team barely scrapes enough to enter.

No enhanced gear, foreign tech, or unnatural abilities allowed.

2. Match Rules:

7v7 Format: Small-sided games focused on skill, teamwork, and speed.

No Draws Allowed: If a match ends in a tie, there's a one-on-one duel, where one player from each team must dribble past an opponent and score.

Game Duration: 20 minutes total (10-minute halves, no stoppage time).

No Offside Rule: Allows for dynamic attacking play.

Golden Goal in Extra Time: First team to score in extra time wins immediately.

3. Unique Blue Star Rules:

"Star Goal" Rule: If a player scores from beyond midfield, the goal counts as two points instead of one—rewarding powerful long-range shots.

Strict No-Foul Policy: Players must play cleanly; any reckless fouls result in immediate suspension from the match.

Fair Play Enforcement: If a team deliberately wastes time or refuses to attack, the referee can grant a penalty attack to the opposing team.

4. Prize for Winning:

A large sum of Blue Star currency, enough for food and temporary shelter.

Recognition: The champions gain respect from local teams and scouts.

Tournament Relic: Some versions of the Celestial Cup reward a mysterious football-related artifact said to enhance a player's abilities.

A short while later, they were done with reading it. "So the tournament only a day and we have to pay an entry fee, huh?" Damian said looking a bit disappointed.

Lexa sighed, "Let's get back to the Host first. They needed more information for now. They had no money on them, nothing of value. "Are you satisfied with the rules?" The host asked. Lexa nodded. It's pretty satisfactory. "But you see, we are lost and have no money on us, is there something else we Can do?"

The host pondered for a moment. "Now that you bring it up, you people do look pretty strange—are you from another planet? Or galaxy perhaps."

The question took them by surprise. Another what? What did she mean?

Lexa spoke slowly "We are from earth...isn't this earth?"

The host looked surprised. "ah earth! The primitive blue planet... that's such a shame, there's no Roadmap to earth, it's an Isolated planet in the milky way galaxy, how did you people reach here?"

Lexa shook her head. "I don't even know." Zayne frowned. "Here? As per, this isn't earth?" What planet is this then?"

The Host Smiled. "This Is…Blue Star." Lexa smirked. "Told you so."

Damian Stepped forward. "Since we are foreigners and this is our first time in the competition, Any special treatment for us?"

The host smiled. "Don't be So naive. The tournament is mostly filled with People from other planets, galaxies even…"

"Oh" Damian sighed resignedly "Then I guess we'll…"

"However, the host Continued, Cutting Lexa Short. "Do you have an Item of value? I can make an exception, just this once."

The members of Krystal fc glanced amongst each other.
