Death queen knew even in this world she had many enemies and the slaves she bought can be trained into best martial artists.

Next what helen did was divide the the building she bought into small shops on the 2nd and 3rd floor .

Luxury shops on the first floor and cafe on 4th floor .

Helen approached the small shop owners around and gave them a. Contract with details on how to share a profit and give rent to work .

The idea was to sell jwelery , dress ,groceries and open cafe at a same building .

It was advertised that this is known as mall where you would get anything you want from one shop .

Even if the shopkeepers signed the contracts ,there had to be many renovations left to do . Lusav was in charge of doing it .

Helen concentrated to improve her elemental power .

As 3 months passed helen ,lusav and others became stronger .

The shop was opening soon as everything was set .

The name of shop was "Spade".

The lower floor had luxurious entrance and a small toy train that moved on magic stones.

There were mainly grocery stores and other two fancy dress shops.

On the second floor there were beautiful jewelry store .

One side was completely stacked with mirrors .

Third floor had many other dress shops , magic item shops and a small place where people can play carroms , chess , and games for small kids .

The top floor was the one with food .

There were total 4 shops .

Three of them were taken in by fancy cafes .

Helen took one shop and named it Spade's FF

There were pretty ladies who wore modern style dress of suit on the entrance reception.

Helen had planned all these to bring a change to this society dominated by men .

Commoners who were looked down on now had a place were they could apply for jobs without gender discrimination.

With everything in place, the shop was ready to open. The name chosen for it was "Spade." The entrance of the mall boasted a luxurious ambiance, featuring intricate sculptures of mermaids. At the reception area, elegantly dressed women greeted visitors, donning modern suits that challenged the male-dominated society.

The lower floor of the mall housed opulent entrances and a charming toy train that glided along magical stones. It primarily consisted of grocery stores and two exquisite dress shops.

Moving up to the second floor, customers would find a stunning jewelry store, one side of which was adorned with an array of mirrors, creating a captivating sight.

On the third floor, various dress shops and magic item stores catered to the shoppers' desires. Additionally, a cozy area was designated for people to enjoy games like carroms, chess, and other amusements suitable for young children.

The top floor was entirely dedicated to food. Among the four shops available, three were occupied by elegant cafes. Helen, seizing the opportunity, claimed one shop for herself, naming it Spade's FF-short for Spade's Fast Food.

"I shall serve burgers, French fries, and pizza here," Helen decided, aiming to provide a taste of luxury for those accustomed to plain, steamed food. It seemed that her path to increasing wealth was steadily unfolding.
