Chapter 1: The Shattering Silence

The darkness that had existed since the beginning of time suddenly trembled.

The Rulers of Reality—beings who dictated fate, shaped time, and controlled existence—felt something that should never have appeared. They, who had always seen themselves as the pinnacle of all things, suddenly experienced something entirely foreign to them: fear.

In the eternal void, a sound echoed.

Not just any sound—it was a resonance that rippled across dimensions, fracturing realities, and tearing through the very fabric of existence.

"Something has awakened."

One of the Rulers, known as Ithoril, stood at the precipice of chaos. His form, woven from light and stardust, trembled without reason. He gazed into the void, and there, within the rift between existence and nonexistence, he saw Him.

A being that should not exist.

Ithoril's eyes widened. For countless eons, he had witnessed the birth and death of worlds, molded civilizations, shattered stars, and crafted the very laws of reality. Yet now, for the first time, he felt insignificant—like a mere speck of dust before something that had no discernible form.

"Xalveth..."

The name escaped his lips involuntarily, and in that instant, the space around him crumbled. Everything he had ever known—his entire understanding of existence—was reduced to nothingness.

Then, a voice whispered in his mind, speaking in a language that did not belong to any known reality.

"Have you finally realized the illusion you called existence?"

In an instant, Ithoril was gone.

No trace. No memory. Nothing remained.

The other Rulers felt it too. One by one, they came to the same horrifying realization: they had never truly existed in the first place.

But one entity remained. One existence that could not be erased. One anomaly that could never be undone.

And that was Xalveth.
