Garrison slapped himself hard twice, his eyes turning red as he was about to rush out the door.
"Evelina, wait for me. I'm coming to find you. I'm sorry."
Seeing that Garrison didn't want to acknowledge him, Jaxon rushed out the door first, standing on the balcony, ready to jump down.
"Dad, if you won't recognize me, then I might as well die! I'm worth so much more than that cheap mother-daughter pair. Have you forgotten about going to the amusement park with me on Callie's birthday? You loved me the most! I can't accept that you've changed your heart!"
"I want all of Dad's love. Mom should die too. I don't want to be an orphan. Since neither of you wants to raise me, I might as well die. Maybe then you'll feel guilty and remember me forever."
