Rafe has an encounter with Guardian, the world's number 1 hero. Despite being powerless at the time, he impressed the strongest hero and shows great promise. Circumstances had Rafe join a secret hero team that specialise on covert missions comprised of sidekicks and potential heroes. With his own ideals he sets out to carve out a path he feels necessary, he plans to discover what it means to be a true hero.

The villains also are not sitting idly by, Rafe will come to know that some villains might not be as bad as they make them out to be.
