To be sincere I don't even know what to say. The novel was kind of bland for me to be sincere. Why is he playing as a disciple when he could easily do better things. Does he not even have a goal? Also he is quite petty. He is an adult in a child's body yet he is bullying other kids because they annoy him. This is the definition of pettiness. Also why doesn't he just increase his cultivation. No I want to hide it. You do know he could be killed easily due to him not increasing his strength as he would not even have the time to increase his strength. Also nothing else entices him in this world but to become a disciple. Come on. This is quite childish bro.
This story is honestly a fun ride so far. Xuan Wu’s mix of pettiness and cunning makes him such a unique protagonist, and the way he uses his cheat system is both hilarious and kind of ruthless. The disciple ceremony builds tension really well, you can feel the weight of the sect’s hierarchy and the pressure on the newcomers. And then there’s Dong Shui… his whole situation went from satisfying karma to pure chaos in the best way.
