MAIN STORY:

The Taj Palace, once a vibrant and bustling hub of royal life, had fallen silent. The passing of Rana Pratap had left an unfillable void, and the palace's emptiness seemed to echo with the weight of grief. Surya, overwhelmed by his loss, had dismissed the servants, leaving the palace feeling eerily deserted.

The halls, once filled with laughter and conversation, now stood empty, their silence a haunting reminder of the family's unfathomable sorrow. The stillness was oppressive, weighing heavily on the hearts of those who dared to enter the palace. This somber silence persisted for two long months, a poignant testament to the family's struggle to come to terms with their loss.

As the days turned into weeks, Surya's grief began to give way to a sense of restlessness. He felt suffocated by the palace's oppressive silence and the memories that lingered in every corner. The pain of his loss still lingered, but Surya knew he had to escape the palace's suffocating grasp.

One day, he made the sudden decision to leave, locking the palace gates behind him as he departed for England. Aashutosh was left reeling, unsure of Surya's whereabouts or his intentions. The path ahead of Surya was shrouded in uncertainty, and Aashutosh couldn't help but feel a sense of trepidation.

Had Surya truly found the courage to move on, or was he simply running away from his pain? Nikolas, on the other hand, was beside himself with worry. When he discovered that the palace had been locked up, he was consumed by a sense of panic.

Where had Surya gone? And why had he left without a word? Nikolas's concern seemed genuine, but Pratap couldn't shake off the feeling that there was more to Nikolas's distress than met the eye. Was Nikolas truly worried about Surya's well-being, or was he hiding something?

The question lingered in Pratap's mind, fueling his growing unease. As the days turned into weeks, the silence of the Taj Palace seemed to grow thicker, like a fog that refused to lift. The palace, once a symbol of grandeur and power, now stood as a haunting reminder of the transience of life and the secrets that lay hidden beneath its opulent facade.

And Surya, the young prince who had once called the palace home, was now a stranger in a foreign land, searching for answers to questions he had yet to ask.

Aashutosh also sets out to return to England, unaware that Surya is waiting for him there. As Aashutosh arrives in England, he falls back into his routine, one that he had been following for the past three years. He wakes up at 4 am, meditates, goes to the gym, showers, has breakfast, and leaves for the office. He returns home by 8 pm and retires to bed by 9 pm.

Aashutosh had kept himself so busy that he had no time to think about Surya. Or so he thought. The truth was that no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't stop thinking about Surya. Aashutosh had asked a detective friend to track down Surya's whereabouts, and one day, the detective calls him with the news.

"Surya is in England," the detective says, his voice low and serious. "And get this - he's living in the apartment right next to yours." Aashutosh's heart skips a beat as he processes the information. Surya had come to England to take care of his father's business and had no idea that Aashutosh lived right next door.

Aashutosh is stunned. He thanks his friend and quickly ends the call, his mind reeling with thoughts and emotions. He can't believe that Surya is living right next door, and he has no idea what to do with this newfound information. Aashutosh's heart is racing, and he feels like he's been punched in the gut. He can't breathe, can't think. All he can do is sit there, staring blankly into space, trying to process the shock of Surya's presence.

One night, as Aashutosh lay sleeping, he was jolted awake by a call from Jenna's sister. Her voice was laced with worry and desperation as she begged Aashutosh to intervene on her sister's behalf. "Aashutosh, please, you have to help me," she pleaded. "Jenna's not doing well, and I know that Surya's absence is the reason. Please, can you convince Surya to come back to her?"

Aashutosh was taken aback by the request. He had thought that he was done with Surya and Jenna's drama, but it seemed that he was being pulled back in. "I don't know how I can help," Aashutosh replied, trying to sound nonchalant despite the turmoil brewing inside him.

But Jenna's sister was relentless. "You're the only one who can help us, Aashutosh," she said, her voice cracking with emotion. "You're the only one who can bring Surya back to Jenna. Don't you want Surya to have a family of his own? Don't you want him to be happy?"

Aashutosh's resolve was crumbling. He couldn't bear the thought of Surya being unhappy, and the prospect of him having a family of his own was a painful reminder of what Aashutosh had lost. He took a deep breath and tried to compose himself. "I'll think about it," he said finally, trying to sound calm. "I'll get back to you."

As soon as the call ended, Aashutosh was consumed by thoughts of Surya and Jenna. He couldn't shake off the feeling that he was being pulled towards Surya, towards the one person who had the power to hurt him the most. And yet, he couldn't help but feel a sense of responsibility towards Surya, towards the man who had once been his everything.

With a sense of trepidation, Aashutosh got out of bed and made his way to Surya's apartment. He took a deep breath before knocking on the door, his heart racing with anticipation. What would Surya say? Would he even listen?

The door opened, and Surya stood before him, looking as handsome and vulnerable as ever. Aashutosh's heart skipped a beat as their eyes met, and for a moment, they just stared at each other, the tension between them palpable.

"Surya," Aashutosh said finally, his voice barely above a whisper. "We need to talk."

To be continue...
