Scene 2: The Gathering Storm
The atmosphere was electric with tension. The vast hall stretched endlessly, its towering pillars lined with glowing blue runes. Lukashi, Aiko, and Anturo stepped forward cautiously, their eyes scanning the massive crowd of over 1,500 players gathered in groups, whispering and discussing something serious.
Lukashi adjusted his gloves, feeling uneasy. He leaned toward Anturo and whispered,
Lukashi: "Why are there so many people here? Something doesn't feel right."
Aiko clutched the hilt of her rapier, her sharp eyes darting around.
Aiko: "With this many players in one place, it could turn into chaos. If someone attacks, things could get really ugly."
Lukashi's instincts screamed at him. This wasn't just a simple gathering—something big was about to happen. He clenched his fists, determined to stay on guard.
As they moved deeper into the hall, the noise suddenly died down. A presence had entered the room.
At the grand entrance, Adnan, the leader of the Frinklins of God, strode in. His royal armor glinted under the torchlight, and his confident aura made everyone turn their heads. His long silver hair swayed as he walked, and his piercing golden eyes scanned the crowd with authority.
A few girls whispered excitedly among themselves, swooning over his regal appearance, but Adnan didn't even acknowledge them. He simply raised a hand, commanding silence.
Adnan: "Everyone, listen carefully. We have a major announcement."
Scene 2: The Announcement
The room fell into an eerie stillness. Lukashi and the others held their breath as Adnan continued. His voice was calm, yet the weight of his words sent chills through the air.
Adnan: "You all know that recently, a trio of players defeated the last boss monster. Until now, no one has been able to locate the Leader Boss. But…"
A hush spread across the hall as anticipation gripped the players.
Adnan: "Three hours ago, our scouts discovered its location. In exactly one week, we will send our strongest 100 warriors to defeat it and open the gateway to Level 2."
The hall erupted in cheers, but beneath the excitement, a quiet sense of dread hung over them. Defeating the Leader Boss meant risking everything.
Adnan held up a map and a guidebook, handing copies to key players.
Adnan: "Every fighter will have an assigned role. Teamwork will be the key to our survival. This is not just a fight—this is war."
Before Adnan could continue, a tall warrior with spiky blond hair and battle-worn armor stepped forward. It was Reino, a famous Trail User, known for his arrogance and deadly skills.
Reino: (smirking) "Why send so many players? Trail Users like me can handle this alone. We've already slain powerful monsters. We should be the ones leading this fight, not some weaklings."
Murmurs of agreement spread through the room. Some players nodded, emboldened by Reino's words.
Anturo's eyes narrowed, and he stepped forward calmly.
Anturo: "Listen, Reino. Strength isn't just about fighting alone. If you rush in by yourself, you'll only end up dead. This battle requires strategy, not arrogance."
Reino's smirk faded as Anturo's words hit him hard. With a scoff, he crossed his arms and backed down, but the tension in the room lingered.
Adnan, unfazed, continued,
Adnan: "One week from now, we will be ready. Train hard, prepare well—because this battle will not be easy."
Lukashi exhaled deeply. This was it. Their first real test.
Scene 3: The Preparation
The week passed in a blur of training, strategy meetings, and intense combat practice. Lukashi, Aiko, and Anturo pushed themselves to their limits, refining their techniques.
Lukashi's Techniques:
Silent Blade Vanish – Disappears in a flash, striking from the shadows.
Lightning Flash Strikes – Moves at blinding speed, delivering multiple attacks in a second.
Void Step – A teleportation move that lets him shift positions instantly.
Anturo's Techniques:
Reomen-Style Universal Cut – A katana slash that can cut through energy itself.
Shikigami Eye – Can see weak points and predict enemy movements.
Black Storm Slash – A devastating dark energy attack.
The night before the battle, Lukashi sat alone on the training ground, staring up at the virtual moon.
Aiko walked up beside him.
Aiko: "Nervous?"
Lukashi smirked slightly.
Lukashi: "No. Just… thinking. This game isn't just a game anymore, is it?"
Aiko sighed, nodding.
Aiko: "No. It's real… and we need to survive."
Scene 4: The Battle Begins
The day had come. The 100 chosen players stood before the massive stone doors of the Leader Boss chamber.
Adnan turned to them.
Adnan: "This is it. We fight, we win, or we die."
The doors creaked open, revealing a monstrous, armored beast with five glowing health bars. It stood 30 feet tall, its six arms each holding a different weapon. Its eyes burned like molten lava.
The Leader Boss roared, shaking the ground.
Lukashi: (gritting his teeth) "This thing is on a whole different level."
Adnan shouted, "ATTACK!"
The battle erupted into chaos. Magic spells, sword slashes, and energy blasts filled the air.
Anturo activated his Shikigami Eye, searching for the weak point.
Anturo: "It's on its back! We need to hit it together!"
Lukashi nodded, his Void Step activating as he teleported above the monster. He unleashed Lightning Flash Strikes, but the Leader Boss barely flinched.
Reino charged in recklessly—only to be struck down instantly. He screamed as the boss crushed him into the ground, his health dropping to zero.
The reality of the battle sank in. This was no ordinary fight. If they failed, they would die.
Lukashi clenched his fists.
Lukashi: "No more holding back."
His body glowed with a dark aura, his power rising beyond its limits.
Lukashi: (whispering) "Black Flash Lightning Blade… awaken."
In a blur, he vanished—then reappeared behind the Leader Boss, his twin swords slicing through its weak point in a blinding flash.
A massive explosion shook the chamber. The Leader Boss let out a deafening roar before collapsing.
Silence.
The battle was over.
Scene 5: The Aftermath
Lukashi staggered, exhausted but victorious. His level shot up to Level 59, and he gained five new abilities.
But amidst the cheers, a heavy realization set in—four players had died.
Adnan approached Lukashi, studying him carefully.
Adnan: "You're not an ordinary player, are you?"
Lukashi forced a smile, hiding the truth.
Lukashi: "Just a lucky one."
Adnan hesitated before speaking again.
Adnan: "Then join me. Be my Vice Commander."
Lukashi took a deep breath and shook his head.
Lukashi: "I walk my own path."
As they left the battlefield, hidden in the shadows, a mysterious figure watched them. His arm bore the Symbol of Death.
His lips curled into a sinister smile.
"Lukashi… you will not survive this game."
