Eye of the Storm

Chameleon's Dominance

The battle had turned against the Elements.

Chameleon moved like a ghost, seamlessly shifting between their appearances and using their confusion against them.

One by one, he took them down.

Haruto was caught off guard when Chameleon, disguised as Hikaru, struck him in the ribs.

Ikazuchi mistakenly attacked Reito, thinking he was Chameleon, leaving himself open to a counterattack.

Moriya was tripped up by his own vines when Chameleon shifted into him and used his own fighting style against him.

Daichi managed to land a few blows but was eventually overpowered and knocked back.

Hikaru, the last one standing, charged forward, but before he could react, Chameleon shifted into Ikazuchi and took him down with a precisely timed kick.

Now, only Sora remained.

Chameleon smirked, standing over the fallen Elements.

"Well, that was disappointing," he mocked.

Sora, who had been watching silently, finally stepped forward.

He cracked his neck, his expression unreadable.

"You're pretty good," he admitted. "But I'm not like the others."

Chameleon raised an eyebrow. "Oh? And what makes you so special?"

Sora's gray eyes sharpened.

"I'm the wind."

Then—he moved.

The Element of Air Unleashed

Before Chameleon could react, Sora vanished.

No—he didn't vanish.

He became the wind.

A powerful gust swept across the battlefield, forcing Chameleon to brace himself.

Sora reappeared behind him in an instant, striking with a precise kick to the ribs.

Chameleon stumbled backward, cursing. "Damn it—"

But Sora wasn't done.

With a flick of his wrist, the air tightened around Chameleon, restricting his movements.

"You like playing games?" Sora asked, his voice calm but deadly. "Let's play one."

He raised both hands—

And the wind roared.

Eye of the Storm

The sky darkened.

The air grew dense.

Then—it began.

A massive cyclone formed, its spiraling winds pulling everything toward its center.

Chameleon's eyes widened. "What the—"

Before he could finish, the storm dragged him in.

"Damn it—!!"

He fought against the winds, trying to shift his form, but it wasn't working.

Sora hovered in the air, standing at the center of the maelstrom, completely unfazed.

His voice echoed through the storm.

"Eye of the Storm."

The cyclone condensed, its power focusing entirely on Chameleon.

The shapeshifter struggled, but the wind crushed around him, sending him hurtling backward at high speed.

BOOM!

Chameleon slammed into a distant tree, gasping for breath.

When the winds finally settled, he was barely able to stand.

He glared at Sora. "Tch… you got lucky."

Sora smirked. "No. You got careless."

Chameleon clicked his tongue.

"…This isn't over."

Then—he vanished into the forest, retreating once again.

The fight was over.

Sora let out a slow breath, lowering his hands.

The storm faded.

The others slowly recovered, groaning.

Hikaru sat up, rubbing his head. "What the hell was that?"

Sora smirked. "Just a little trick I've been working on."

Teshii's Late Arrival

Just then—Teshii arrived, hands in his pockets.

"Hey, guys, sorry I'm late," he said casually. "Hikari asked me to pick up something for her."

He looked around.

The battlefield was a mess.

The others were wounded and exhausted.

The air still crackled with lingering energy.

Teshii blinked.

"…Did I miss something?"

The entire group glared at him.

Ikazuchi growled. "Are you KIDDING me?!"

Haruto sighed. "Yeah. Just a little something."

Teshii grinned. "Guess you guys had fun."

Hikaru deadpanned. "You're impossible."

Sora chuckled. "Welcome to the team, Windstorm."

Teshii raised an eyebrow. "Windstorm?"

Sora smirked. "What? You give out nicknames, so I figured I'd steal the tradition."

Teshii laughed. "I like this guy."

Hikaru groaned. "Great. Now there are two of them."

Meanwhile – Yami's Mystery Encounter

Somewhere else—Yami stood alone.

He was still frustrated from his conversation with Teshii.

His fists were clenched. His mind raced.

Then—a shadow moved nearby.

A voice spoke.

"If you want to know the truth about Teshii…"

Yami spun around.

A mysterious figure stood before him, hidden in the darkness.

"…Come with me."

Yami's eyes narrowed.

He didn't know who this person was.

But he knew one thing.

This was his chance to get answers.

And he was going to take it.
