Sans couldn't help but question everything he knew about everyone and everything.
A version of him, slightly taller- a blue bandana? It seemed questionable. Far too good to believe.
What is wrong with him?
"Aha...!" Sans laughed to himself, feeling the uncertainty boiling within his non-existent stomach. "Fuck... I know I'm not hallucinating." Sans whispered, glancing at the red portal that had sucked in the snow.
"... It wouldn't hurt to indulge in scientific investigation. Like old times." Sans mumbled, glancing around the white void as if nervous, then sticking his metacarpal inside.

Blue sat quietly in the anti-void with Error, who was eating away at chocolate that he had once again stole from Underfell.
Blue was wondering if the sans from that universe ever noticed. Probably did, unaware it was another him who had took from him.
"Error, theft is wrong." Blue murmered, a small smile on his skull while watching the other chow down without much care.
"You've seen me do it multiple times, why have an issue now?" Error questioned, glancing over to the slightly taller.
"Hah, yeah..." Blue mumbled, turning back to the white glitching portal that gave a full view of Undervovella, Error's favorite show.
"Hey, I might be crazy, but... have you seen other sanses make portals...?" Blue asked, letting out a nervous laugh at how absurd he probably sounded.
"Well, I haven't seen any of those little anomalies do it, so I'm sure you might have just saw someone and imagined it." Error replied, letting out a glitched sigh at Blue's strange fear- seemingly from out of the blue.
"But... imagining a sans of all things?" Blue sighed, tugging at the edges of his blue gloves as he turned his gaze over to the other skeleton- relaxed on his red beanbag that sat in the endless white anti-void.
"Who knows. If it makes you feel better, I'll look into it, how about that?" Error gave in, seeing how Blue looked. He looked... frantic, in a way.
"Yes! That would... do me some good." Blue mumbled, leaning on the side of Error's beanbag, hearing the soft fowp of his skull hitting the material and the stuff inside reacting to the impact.
"Mhm... Just relax, Blue. As if any skeleton can do what I do. Even if they could, I'd destroy 'em." Error stated, seeming proud at the thought of being so powerful. Rivaling others, shown by his collection of souls that hung from the infinite ceiling.
"Yeah. I just... hope you're right about that." Blue mumbled, his eyelights shifting to try and focus on the show in front of him to relax.
—
Sans slid his metacarpal inside the portal, and it enlarged, engulfing him inside.
"Ah! Fuck!" Sans fell forward, landing on snow covered grounds as he flicked open his eyelights in confusion.
"It got bigger?" He whispered, crawling out from under the portal and sitting up and surveying the red, dimly lit portal with his eyelights.
He groaned, lifting his metacarpal to clutch at his viel- safely secured under his red hood. He sat there, letting the soft feeling of snow land on his jacket covered shoulders as they widdled their way through branches above.
"Might as well explore." Sans whispered, slowly rising from his sitting position and wandering through the peaceful environment.
Despite it looking wamrer, he felt as if he were freezing. It reminded him of the blizzards back home, the way it made his bones rattle despite all the extra layers. The memories would flood back, recalling all the many times he would be saved by Papyrus when he insisted he'd be fine for even a simple grocery walk. It was embarrassing, being the older brother yet unable to protect himself from the cold.
Well, at the same time, the cold back in his home was much more brutal, as fate would have it. When he was younger, he'd have frost resedue on his bones which would have him wheelchair bound until it thawed.
He recalls it hurting like a bitch though.
Sans sighed, listening to the soft crunch that reminded him of what he used to have. He paused for a moment, looking back and seeing the foot prints left by his trail.
"... Well... Doesn't that look suspicious?" He walked back over, trying to ruin the prints, but inevitably making it worse. "Shit... looks like a crime scene!" Sans groaned, quickly running off after realizing there was no point of trying to conceal his presence.
"Fuck...! This isn't good..." Sans sighed, wandering through the snowy landscape beneath him until he came across a pathway- one all too familiar.
"Shit." He whispered, stepping onto the smoothed out road and staring at the ground for a minute. He wandered backwards, finding a purple doorway with the royal crest engraved upon it.
"Tori?" Sans mumbled, leaning over and grazing his phalanges over the cold surface that felt rugged.
"Fuck... just what is going on...?" Sans turned away from the door, running the opposite direction knowing he'd find it– Snowdin.
—
"Thanks for bringing him back, um... Error." Papyrus spoke, his metacarpals tucked in his orange pockets while Blue (or- well, Sans...) stood beside him.
"Sureeee..." Error replied, forcing a smile before glancing behind the pair and noticing an all too familiar figure.
"... Error?" Blue cut in front of Error's line of sight, noticing the somewhat unsettled glint in his sockets. "Are you alright?" Blue asked, his hands waving around as he expressed his concerns.
"Ah... yeah." Error mumbled, chalking it up to his imagination after what Blue had told him. A sans- running around in Underswap! Hillarious- Oh.
"Blue, contact me if you see anything suspicious, alright?" Error glanced over, pushing up his red framed glasses and eventually closing up the portal as if nothing was there in the first place.
"Oh... yeah." Blue mumbled to himself, seeing as Error had already disappeared back into the anti-void, he assumed.
"He's... quite the character." Papyrus' muttered, pulling the cigarette out from between his teeth and (somehow) exhaling the smoke.
"That's bad for you, Paps." Blue muttered, glancing over his shoulder and feeling a sense of unsease as he gazed into Snowdin.
