The morning at St. Thomas Public School is filled with the usual hustle and bustle. Children in school uniforms run around, laughing and chatting, as teachers supervise them. Parents wave goodbye as their children board school buses lined up outside.
Inside a classroom, a female teacher gathers her students.
Teacher: "Alright, kids, time to line up for the buses. No pushing, please!"
Everything seems normal… until it isn't.
GUNSHOTS.
Screams pierce the air.
A group of five masked gunmen armed with automatic rifles storm the school premises.
Two security guards attempt to intervene but are shot dead instantly.
A PE teacher rushes to call the police but is knocked unconscious.
The lead gunman fires a round into the air.
Lead Kidnapper (shouting): "Everyone, on the ground! MOVE, OR YOU DIE!"
Students cry in fear as the gunmen force them onto a school bus at gunpoint.
One of the men sets up a camera inside the bus, broadcasting a live feed to local news channels.
Lead Kidnapper (on live feed): "Attention, Mumbai Police! We have taken your children. If anyone tries to stop us, we will start executing them one by one. Our demand is simple—release our brother, or they die!"
The schoolyard erupts into chaos.
Parents, watching helplessly, scream in horror as the bus speeds away into the city traffic.

SCENE 2 – BLACK SQUAD ALERTED

ALARM SIRENS BLARE.
At BLACK SQUAD HQ, officers rush to their stations as the LIVE VIDEO FEED from the hijacked school bus plays on multiple screens.
ACP Sulaiman Qazi watches with narrowed eyes, his jaw clenched.
ACP Qazi (to his team): "A school bus full of kids, heavily armed hijackers, and a ransom demand. We have no time to waste."
Inspector Arjun Rathore & ACP Qazi immediately depart for the school.
Inspector Imran Wani & a tactical unit begin tracing the bus's route using CCTV footage.

SCENE 3 – PANIC AT THE SCHOOL

At the school, chaos reigns.
Parents are crying, screaming, demanding answers. Journalists shove microphones at anyone they can find, while police try to control the growing crowd.
ACP Sulaiman Qazi & Arjun Rathore push through the crowd. A terrified mother grabs ACP Qazi's arm.
Mother (desperate, pleading): "Sir, please! My son is in that bus! You HAVE to save them!"
ACP Qazi places a firm hand on her shoulder.
ACP Qazi (calm but serious): "We will bring them back. I promise."
Meanwhile, Arjun questions the teachers and staff.
Who were the men?

In the chaos, no one notices a man disguised as a parent standing close to Arjun.
The man sweats nervously.

As Arjun turns to walk away, the man JABS A SYRINGE INTO HIS NECK.
Arjun's vision blurs instantly.
Arjun (staggering): "What… the… f…"
His body weakens.
Before anyone notices, the man and his accomplices DRAG ARJUN AWAY.
Within minutes, he's gone.

SCENE 4 – A NEW NIGHTMARE BEGINS
(Time: 9:30 AM, BLACK SQUAD HQ, Mumbai)
Inside BLACK SQUAD HQ, tension is at an all-time high.
The tactical team has partially traced the bus's route.
Imran is leading a field search, checking CCTV footage along possible escape routes.
Suddenly, another live feed interrupts the screen.
It's the kidnappers again.
This time, they show Arjun Rathore.
He is bound to a chair, his face bruised.
The lead kidnapper smirks at the camera.
Lead Kidnapper (mocking): "Mumbai Police, looks like you lost one of your own."
Imran stands frozen. His fists tighten.
Imran (whispering): "No… no, no, no…"
The kidnapper continues.
Kidnapper: "The deal has changed. If you want Arjun AND the kids alive, release our brother IMMEDIATELY."
The room falls into suffocating silence.
ACP Qazi's face is unreadable.
Finally, he speaks.
ACP Qazi (firmly): "They won't kill him. He's too valuable. But we have to act fast."

SCENE 5 – BREAKING PROTOCOL
(Time: 10:00 AM, Secret Kidnapper Hideout, Mumbai Outskirts)
A heated argument erupts inside the BLACK SQUAD office.
The government refuses to negotiate.
They order BLACK SQUAD to stand down.
ACP Qazi makes a decision that shocks everyone.
ACP Qazi: "Screw orders. We're saving our own."
BLACK SQUAD mobilizes a covert rescue mission.
Imran Wani leads the SWAT unit to storm the hideout.
ACP Qazi coordinates the assault.
Despite his drugged state, Arjun fights back.
A brutal gunfight erupts.
Imran kicks down the warehouse door and opens fire.
ACP Qazi takes out two gunmen in swift succession.
Arjun, regaining strength, overpowers one of his captors and grabs a gun.
One by one, the kidnappers fall.
The final gunman drops his weapon and surrenders.
Kidnapper (trembling): "Please… I surrender!"
The room falls into silence.
ACP Qazi walks forward, eyes cold.
Imran (shouting): "Sir, no! He's unarmed!"
ACP Qazi raises his gun.
ACP Qazi (quietly): "We don't negotiate with murderers."
BANG.
The last kidnapper drops dead.
For a moment, no one speaks.
Then, in the distance, police sirens approach.
BLACK SQUAD has just crossed a line.
As the team regroups, ACP Qazi mutters coldly:
"The law isn't always just. We did what was necessary."

Dozens of uniformed officers step out, all wearing insignias of the Defense Ministry.
Their presence signals something far more serious than a routine inquiry.
The doors burst open as a senior government official, flanked by military police, enters the room.
Without a word, the entire Black Squad is surrounded.
Armed officers spread through the headquarters, securing the area.

A senior officer steps forward, holding a sealed government order.
