Black Squad – Episode 77

Title: "Burn Protocol"

(With Qazi back, the team prepares for war from the shadows — but the enemy has already lit the match.)

---

[COLD OPEN – UNKNOWN LOCATION | NIGHT]

A private bunker lit by red emergency lights.

General Virk watches CCTV footage of Black Squad's prison break.

Standing behind him is a towering man, face scarred, wearing a modified Black Squad combat suit.

GEN. VIRK:

"You trained under Qazi. Now, you'll be the one to bury him."

The man nods.

Major Raaka — the Black Squad's former demolition expert, presumed dead — is now reborn as a silent enforcer.

---

[BLACK SQUAD SAFEHOUSE – 3:45 AM]

Qazi, wrapped in medical bandages, stares at a photo of the old team — back when it all began.

Zoya brings him water.

She finally speaks.

ZOYA:

"You remember my brother? He wanted to be a cop. You inspired him."

Qazi gives a faint smile.

QAZI:

"Then I owe him a better country than this."

---

ACT 1: Resurrection of the Phoenix

Imran briefs the team:

The Ministry has declared Black Squad a rogue unit, issuing silent kill orders on all members.

Their faces are now on the "Burn List" — an unofficial blacklist for enemies of the state.

ARJUN:

"They're erasing us."

Qazi brings out an old encrypted hard drive — from the "Falcon Archive", the core of his secret investigations. It contains files on:

Government-orchestrated black ops.

Innocents labeled terrorists.

Corrupt senior officers embedded in law enforcement.

DANISH (reading):

"This... this could take down half the Ministry."

---

ACT 2: Smoke in the Wind

Reet and Zoya trace a Ministry logistics network handling illegal weapon transfers.

Imran and Arjun prepare to intercept a convoy outside Navi Mumbai — a burn protocol delivery, meant to wipe all data about Operation Falcon.

They launch a tactical ambush. Explosives. Smoke. Close-quarters combat.

Suddenly, Raaka emerges from the smoke — silent, brutal, masked.

He takes down 3 guards and wounds Arjun with a blade throw. Then he vanishes.

IMRAN (breathing hard):

"Who the hell was that?"

QAZI (voice over radio):

"That was my mistake. Raaka."

---

ACT 3: The Monster We Built

Flashback to 4 years ago — Raaka, real name Major Advait Rana, was Qazi's best field soldier. Until a mission in Myanmar went sideways.

Rana disobeyed a direct order and wiped out an entire village suspected of harboring rebels.

Qazi court-martialed him.

But Virk offered Raaka a second life — in exchange for his soul.

---

ACT 4: Lines in the Dust

Qazi meets an old ally — Advocate Ila Mehra, an anti-corruption lawyer he once protected.

He hands her partial files from Falcon Archive, asking her to prepare for a public leak.

ILA:

"If you do this... they'll kill you before it hits the air."

QAZI:

"Then make sure it airs after I'm gone."

Meanwhile, the team prepares a new base — a moving command center built into an old armored train.

---

ACT 5: War Begins

At midnight, Major Raaka and his mercs raid a suspected safehouse in Pune.

They find nothing — only a message on the wall:

> "You're hunting ghosts. But ghosts don't die." – B.S.

General Virk orders a "No-Capture Protocol" on all Black Squad members.

GEN. VIRK:

"Burn them all. Especially him."

Cut to Qazi, standing atop the train, looking out over the rails.

QAZI (to Imran):

"They want to bury us. But we're already under their feet."

IMRAN:

"And it's time we pulled the ground out from under them."

---

[FINAL SCENE – CREDITS MIDWAY STINGER]

In a dark bunker, Raaka removes his mask. His face is mutilated.

He whispers to himself:

> "You broke me, Qazi. Now I'll return the favor — piece by piece."

---

NEXT EPISODE TEASE – EPISODE 78: "Echoes of the Squad"
