Land of Thunder – Valley of Clouds and Lightning
In front of a small courtyard deep within the Valley of Clouds and Lightning, a muscular man stood, his bronze skin gleaming under the sun. His pale yellow hair contrasted with the dark sunglasses perched on his face. Across his back, seven swords were strapped in an intricate arrangement, the word "Iron" marked on his right shoulder, while distinctive horn-like tattoos adorned his left cheek.
This was none other than Killer Bee, the Eight-Tails Jinchūriki.
Since the time of peace, Killer Bee had remained on this secluded island under the strict orders of the Fourth Raikage. He was forbidden from leaving without permission—a precaution to ensure the safety of the village and the tailed beast within him.
As usual, Bee was deep in his rap practice when two unexpected visitors appeared at his doorstep.
Itachi and Kisame approached at a calm, deliberate pace.
Kisame grinned, baring his sharp teeth.
"Yo, Eight-Tails Jinchūriki. Nice to meet you."
Bee, noticing their headbands with slashed-out symbols, immediately recognized them as rogue ninja.
But what he didn't yet know was that they were part of the Akatsuki.
With his usual flair, he rapped his response.
"Ohh yeah—two weirdos in black robes!
Look like traitors, walk like foes!
But I don't scare, no backing down!
Eight-Tails always takes the crown!"
Kisame raised an eyebrow before chuckling.
"This guy's a real piece of work."
He casually swung Samehada off his back, pointing the massive blade toward Bee.
"Sorry, I'm not here for a concert. I just need your tailed beast."
Bee blinked before muttering to himself.
Man, these guys don't waste time, huh?
With no hesitation, he reached for the swords strapped to his back, drawing them all at once in a breathtaking display.
Spinning them into position, he took his signature unorthodox stance—seven swords balanced at impossible angles across his body.
"Yo, come at me, fool, ya know the drill!
Seven blades dance, ya test my skill!
You want my beast? You gotta fight!
Time to show you my Seven Swords' might!"
Kisame narrowed his eyes, taking in the unpredictable angles of Bee's swordplay. He wasn't about to underestimate him.
Bee launched himself forward, spinning like a whirlwind, his swords creating chaotic, overlapping arcs that made it nearly impossible to predict his next strike.
But Kisame was no ordinary swordsman.
Rather than trying to keep up with Bee's erratic movements, he aimed for the key points in Bee's attacks, disrupting the rhythm of his strikes.
Every time Bee moved to connect an attack, Kisame's blade met him at the worst possible moment, throwing him off balance.
Worse yet, with each clash, Bee could feel his chakra being siphoned away.
Realizing something was wrong, he abandoned the swordplay and channeled lightning chakra into his weapons.
"Lightning Release: Sonic Shock Blade!"
Seizing an opening, Bee lunged, his electrified sword crackling with power as he drove it straight at Kisame.
Seeing the attack coming, Kisame quickly raised Samehada to block.
The battle was just beginning.
Killer Bee's Sonic Shock Thunder Blade, infused with lightning chakra, didn't just make his sword sharper—it sent high-frequency vibrations through the blade, giving it incredible piercing power, even surpassing the cutting force of wind-based techniques.
The moment his sword struck Samehada, the living weapon shuddered in pain. Its black bandages began to unravel, revealing its jagged, shark-like skin.
Bee's eyes widened in surprise.
This sword… it's alive?!
A second later, he felt his chakra being rapidly drained. Realizing the danger, he quickly let go of the blade.
Kisame smirked, gripping Samehada tightly before swinging it in a vicious counterattack. Bee, caught off guard, couldn't dodge in time—Samehada slashed across his arm, leaving deep gashes before sending him flying.
Bee rolled back to his feet, glancing at the fresh wounds on his arm. Then, his gaze shifted back to Samehada, now writhing in Kisame's hands, very much alive.
His expression hardened.
"A freaky sword, huh? Then I guess it's time to bring out my eighth blade!"
With a battle cry, Bee clenched his fists, and his chakra exploded outward in a violent surge.
A thick, dark red chakra cloak engulfed his body as he immediately skipped to six tails—but that wasn't enough. He knew Kisame wasn't the only threat. There was another opponent waiting nearby, likely watching for an opening or trying to cut off his escape.
But they made a mistake… They should've attacked me together!
Bee wasn't going to give them that chance.
He was going all in.
Another surge of chakra erupted from his body.
BOOM!
The ground trembled as the seventh and eighth tails emerged behind him. His entire form shifted—his body now wrapped in white beast-like bones, his skin corroded by the corrosive chakra of the Tailed Beast Cloak. Thick, dark red chakra fluid coated him like armor.
Kisame took a step back, momentarily surprised.
"He has this much chakra, yet he's still in control?"
Then, Kisame's grin widened.
Looks like Samehada's about to have a feast.
But Bee had already vanished from his sight.
A white-hot breath escaped from his mouth as his feet slammed into the ground—CRACK! The earth shattered beneath him as he launched himself forward at blinding speed.
Too fast!
Kisame barely had time to raise Samehada in defense before Bee's full-powered strike crashed into him.
The violent impact sent Samehada screeching, unable to absorb the full force of the attack. Kisame felt his organs rattle from the shockwave, and a mouthful of blood burst from his lips.
Then, with both his sword and his body flung through the air, he was sent hurtling dozens of meters before slamming into a mountainside.
BOOM!
The impact shattered rock, causing a mini landslide as debris rained down. A massive crater now scarred the mountainside where Kisame had crashed.
Groaning, he struggled to his feet, wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth.
"Heh… what insane strength," he muttered, catching his breath. "I can't take him head-on like this."
His sharp eyes flicked to Bee, who was already preparing to charge again.
If he goes full transformation, we're in real trouble.
Just as Bee was about to capitalize on his advantage, he suddenly felt a sharp, needle-like gaze pierce through him.
His body tensed.
Turning his head slightly, his eyes locked onto the silent figure who had been watching the fight the entire time.
Bee's expression darkened. He recognized those piercing red eyes instantly.
Sharingan.
Leaf Village. Uchiha.
And there was only one Uchiha alive who could be standing here right now.
Uchiha Itachi.
SWOOSH—
Kisame dropped down from where he'd been lodged into the mountain, landing heavily on the ground. His clothes were in tatters, but that familiar grin was still on his face.
"Itachi," he called out, not taking his eyes off Bee. "No need to step in yet. You know what I'm about to use next."
Itachi gave a small nod. Then, in a blur, he disappeared—retreating to a safer distance.
Killer Bee eyed Kisame warily.
Kisame had already formed a hand seal, holding it steady as he opened his mouth wide.
"Boom!"
A massive surge of water erupted from his mouth, flooding the area instantly. Though Yunlei Gorge already had plenty of water nearby, Kisame didn't bother waiting—he had stolen enough chakra and could afford to waste it.
Within moments, the entire battlefield was submerged.
But it didn't stop there.
Water Prison Shark Dance!
The swirling water expanded into a massive, spherical prison, stretching for miles.
Killer Bee realized the danger too late. The moment he tried to escape—he was already trapped inside.
Inside the water sphere, Kisame had fully fused with Samehada, taking on a shark-like form. In this state, he could absorb chakra just through skin contact.
And in this aquatic battlefield, Kisame was at his fastest.
Meanwhile, Killer Bee struggled. The water slowed him down, making movement difficult.
SWOOSH—
Kisame streaked through the water, slamming into Killer Bee.
The impact alone wasn't enough to hurt him, but Killer Bee felt something worse—his chakra draining away.
Another attack. Then another.
Each hit sapped more of his energy.
Killer Bee's Tailed Beast Cloak flickered as his chakra reserves plummeted.
One final strike—and the cloak shattered completely.
Killer Bee crashed downward, completely forced out of his Tailed Beast state.
SWOOSH—
Kisame grinned, darting like a water arrow. One last strike—a powerful blow to Killer Bee's back.
This time, unprotected, the force shook him to his core. His internal organs screamed in pain as he coughed up blood.
A few more collisions.
Then—everything faded to black.
Killer Bee lost consciousness.
