"If you're done admiring and pissing yourself, come." The titanic figure's mouth opened for the first time, and the first thing Gojo heard nearly made him choke on saliva. Before he could realize, broken shards of space coalesced beneath his feet and brought him up towards the figure's chest level.
"I am the God Emperor Xukong. The last son of the Voidforge Titan Race.."
His voice boomed like thunder, and Gojo's heart shook in fear, nearly stumbling to the ground. For the first time in history, the strongest sorcerer, Gojo Satoru felt what true strength and power really meant and even he couldn't help but be humbled.
"Uh I-I am Ch- Chen Zhen." Gojo couldn't even believe himself. He was fumbling his words. He couldn't help but sigh in his heart. Living in the Jujutsu world had made him think himself invincible.
In the face of true power, the weak could only humble themselves. And for the first time, he was the latter.
"You must be the boy that Fentian couldn't stop rambling on and on about." The titan, God Emperor Xukong spoke and Gojo brows furrowed deeply.
"Fentian, the one who calls himself Symbol Ancestor, your master?" God Emperor Xukong spoke and Gojo only needed a few flashes of the silver haired fella's memories to know who he was talking about. The brave dark haired man who sacrificed himself to seal the devil emperor, the one who they referred to as master. So he was the Symbol Ancestor Fentian. Interesting.
"Sigh. My master died in the Great War back then.." A forlon look was plastered over Gojo's face. Maybe he was faking it, but maybe the sentiment the silver haired fella had for the Symbol Ancestor was so great that it transcended lifetimes.
"I know. Most of us did.." God Emperor Xukong's words caused Gojo to frown and he raised his head to look at him strangely.
"You didn't think the war only happened in your plane did it? Your world was just one of the territories that the Yimo race wanted to inhabit. And Fentian was the Guardian of that world. Sigh. What a good boy he was. He was the finest of all my students..."
God Emperor Xukong's face cast an exhausted and regretful look.
"Senior. Just what exactly happened in those ancient times? And why did the Yimo Race want to invade our worlds?"
Gojo deduced that the Yimo race were the devils who the experts fought in the war rather quickly and he asked a simple question.
"I wish I could tell you everything now, but I don't have much time. You find out yourself when you grow stronger." God Emperor Xukong silenced Gojo's curious thoughts.
"You received the Voidforge Titan Codex from Fentian didn't you?" Gojo nodded to this question. "Well, that means you have the highest affinity to the space time element according to Fentian's judgement.
I created the technique, using my own bloodline as the basis for the future generations, because I didn't want my race to die out with me." Gojo listened attentively, kinda reminded him back when he was a kid receiving Jujutsu lessons from his father.
And just like in those times when the responsibility of being the chosen one burdened his shoulders, that same responsibility now threatened to loom over his head.
Receiving this inheritance meant that if the war was ever to happen again, he'd have to be amongst the front liners, just like God Emperor Xukong was.
"You must have already read through the parchment, so I would not burden you with facts about the technique. But, there is one thing. It is impossible to cultivate the technique without a speck of my bloodline.."
"What?!" At this point, Gojo who was seated on the fragments of shattered space and calmly listening gawked in surprise.
"Hehehe. Did you think it was so easy to cultivate such a wondrous technique by oneself? If it was then I'd probably have multiple heirs already and my legacy wouldn't die out so soon. Even Fentian whom I blessed with a drop of my blood essence could only cultivate to the Earthly Titan Physique due to its difficulty."
God Emperor Xukong laughed at Gojo's reaction while the white haired youth sighed deeply in his heart. It turns out, torturing yourself by enduring spatial storms and dimensional shards was useless. The technique could only be cultivated if one had traces of the Voidforge Titan Bloodline. Shit was depressing as fuck.
"Why the depressed face? My bloodline is ranked fourth in the All world Divine Physique ranking. We are born overlords, the greatest under the Heavens and the Earth. Unparalleled in battle power. And Lords of Space time and the Void." He spoke with a proud expression to which Gojo shook his head.
Seeing the expression on his face, God Emperor Xukong merely smiled. "Of course, I wouldn't have allowed you here if you had no affinity with me or my technique. Since you managed to get here before this wisp of my power faded, I'll give you two gifts."
Gojo nearly clapped in joy, yet he restrained himself and knelt on one knee. "Thank you senior God Emperor Xukong. Disciple will never forget this.." He channeled his inner cultivator and swore allegiance immediately.
"No need for all of that. But just so you know, the war isn't over. The Yimo aren't completely wiped out. Preparation for another great war is in progress. Whether you like it or not, you'll have to fight." God Emperor Xukong spoke with a laugh.
"I don't even get a say in that?" Gojo scratched his head, and the man simply raised a brow and smirked.
"You can. You can refuse my gifts and go back to live ordinarily away from all of this. I won't force you.." With a petty look in his eyes, he took off his gaze. "Eh? Come on now, don't be petty old man.." Gojo laughed awkwardly and rather than God Emperor Xukong rage or fume, he laughed along with Gojo for a whole minute.
"My first gift is this domain. This was my world, my personal space. In here you can temper yourself with spatial forces and cultivate the Physique here." Gojo was stunned, and he scratched his head sheepishly. "Don't be a fool. If I had my way, I'd rather not hand it over to you. Afterall, it contains everything about me. My life was forged in this space, and it hurts me deeply to let it go, but I'm dead. If I don't relinquish control, the spatial forces would run rampant and destruction on a never before seen scale would occur.
Of course you wouldn't have everything inside the domain at your disposal instantly." He laughed and slowly began to rise from the throne.
The next moment, his body began to shrink into a normal human size, before he appeared before Gojo instantly. Even the six eyes had not been able to track him when he did.
"When your mastery of the technique increases, you'd have access to everything, but I wouldn't mind taking you on a little stroll around the domain, you know, to show you around." Placing his hands in his robes, the shattered space they stood on slowly began to move.
"This is the Hall of Refinement. A dimensional stone in here continuously produces space and dimensional energies with which you can temper your body with. Gojo was introduced to a mechanic hall with a large platform of shattered space placed in between four massive rocks placed at cardinal points.
"This is the Library. This contains all of my life's work. All my knowledge of cultivation, architecture, construction, alchemy, forging, it's all in there.. It is the hub of the domain.." Gojo instantly fell in love with the divine looking nearly infinte library. All the knowledge at his disposal.
"Don't look at my belongings like that. That's kinda gay, you know.."
The old man furrowed his brows, an unsettling feeling crawled on his nerves when he saw the way Gojo stared at the library. It was like seeing one's long lost lover after a long separation. And hearing this, even Gojo couldn't help but turn towards the elder with a weird expression.
"Don't look at me like that, I'm the God of Space and time, you know. Next is the Hall of War. You'll find all my battle plans, contingencies and war records and blah blah blah," The old man yawned, and he turned towards Gojo with a tired expression.
"Next up, armouries. You'll find ancient weapons, shuttles, armours and what have you. You should know that apart from the Hall of Refinement, every other Hall is locked until your mastery over the technique increases.
*Snap!*
With a snap of his fingers, Gojo found himself back in the throneroom, still seated on the platform of fractured space as the old man returned to his titanic size and sat on his throne.
"Here." The old man waved his hand and a small silver light etched itself onto Gojo's right hand. "Ughhh" the light burned into his skin, forming a diamond shaped silver tattoo on his left arm. "That is the key to this dimension." The old man smirked seeing Gojo in pain, before waving his hand dismissively.
"I don't have much time left. So I'll just give you the second gift. I bestow onto you, Chen Zhen, the primal bloodline of the Voidforge Titan Race. This is not just an ordinary bloodline from my clan brat. It is the purest form of our race's divine heritage. Only three Voidforge Titan clansmen have inherited this bloodline since the beginning of time. The progenitor himself, our last clan Head, Me and now you!"
*BOOOOOM!*
Space time was torn asunder, the sound of bell chimes rang across the worlds. Shards reflected planes and dimensions and reality itself shook. The elder instantly turned into a figure of shiny silvery white bones that began to liquefy. Soon the drops of vicious liquid transformed into a small round orb that levitated above his head.
