Appraisal and Spirit

"System, choose crafter," Aric said.

[Choosing, error, error######### User has chosen the Tamer class]

"Wait, what?"

He looked at the screen, confused. What the hell had just happened, and why was he being forced to take a class that he didn't want?

"System, I said Crafter, not Tamer," he said.

[Error, error, ###### User has chosen Tamer class]

[Tamer Class: Class Explanation]

[Class Name: Tamer

Description: The Tamer class grants the user the ability to tame and command beings of lesser intelligence. By forming a magical bond, the user can control, train, and evolve their tamed creatures.

Class Abilities & Features:

Taming Bond – Allows the user to form a contract with a creature of lower intelligence. The strength of the bond depends on the user's Charisma and Luck.

Mental Link – The user can communicate telepathically with tamed creatures and issue commands without speaking.

Taming Limit – The user can tame up to 3 creatures at the base level. This limit increases with level-ups.

Evolution Boost – Tamed creatures can grow stronger through battles, and some may evolve under special conditions.

Loyalty System – The more time spent with a tamed creature, the stronger the bond. Higher loyalty makes creatures more obedient and unlocks special skills.

Forced Submission (Limited Use) – Allows the user to forcefully tame a weaker creature, but failure will cause hostility.

Monster Bestiary – A system feature that logs all tamed creatures, tracking their stats, growth, and potential evolutions.

Summon & Recall – The user can summon or recall tamed creatures within a certain range.

Note: The user cannot tame beings of equal or higher intelligence unless a unique skill or special method is acquired.]

The system didn't listen to him anymore and gave him the full details of the Tamer class. Aric looked at this with pure and utter confusion in his eyes. What the hell was even happening?

"Sigh, something is up, but I don't know what it is. I'll just take what I get." He gave up and accepted his fate. The Tamer was also a good class, so it wasn't a loss.

Now that he was done with that, the system did say it used an item box for him, so that was his next thing to look at.

Aric spent his time reading the details of the two things he had gotten, and his smile couldn't go down anymore.

Each item from the box was beyond awesome. From the memories, he knew only a little about Spirit Magic, and those that used it were very powerful and respected.

He couldn't believe that he might get to be one of such people. He would rise to the top with an army of tamed beasts and summoned spirits.

He couldn't stop himself from imagining how great his empire would be if he had such an army with him.

The Appraisal skill was also a massive one. It gave him information that he would not be able to get normally. He could see people and basically tell their strength—

Or even materials and know their use and quality. He picked up a rock from the ground, holding it right before his eyes, and called out.

"Appraisal."

[Object: Common Rock]

[Type: Mineral

Description: A small, ordinary rock. No special properties detected.

Rarity: Common]

The information appeared right in front of him. The details weren't deep, but it was enough to let him know that it was just a rock with nothing special about it.

If he used this on other materials, he would easily be able to tell what had special properties. He couldn't ask for a better skill than this.
