<p>The League of Shadows consisted of skilled archers and assassins, operating from the shadows to safeguard the kingdom. They believed that Aradon was a madman, and the monsters he commanded were a threat rather than protectors. After Clyde's death, Alba sought refuge in the forest, raising Alec among the remnants of the League. Under their tutelage, Alec honed his skills, embracing the mantle of a shadow protector.</p>
